Q: Will it fit a 2019 maverick rs? i have a tire mount (oem) cage but it seems as though it will fit under?

It will fit the all x3 models. and will work with the pivoting rack but i dont not think it will work with the solid spare tire carrier that goes from upper cage to prerunner rear bumper if thats what you have

Yes it fits into the Linq cargo rack. however, the latches on the box are very low quality and open on rough terrain.
