Crusher ANC 2

I was searching around for a decent Bluetooth Music/Gaming headset. Mostly for music while i travel. I have some Sony C700 Ear Buds, they are great but I dont want to risk losing them on travel. Almost happened a few times. I was going to opt for the Sony WH-1000XM4. I know they are really good, but didnt want to drop $350 on them and I dont need the mic input. These Skullcandy Crusher ANC 2 happened to go on sale twice, luckily the 2nd time on a payday for once!!! YAY!!! Got them for around $120 instead of the $230. I have been skeptic about Skullcandy products for a long time because I kept seeing them only as the budget brand at Airports and some local stores. To my surprise they came out of that niche area and made a big name for themselves. I was a little worried as some reported the case was missing and the headset seemed used. I made sure to verify before making the purchase that it was straight from Amazon. When they arrived I was happy everyone was sealed and CIB. The headset fits comfortably and I often forget that im wearing them. Its been about 3 days since ive had them. The pictures make them seem a bit larger than they actually are in person. I have medium sized ears and these fit perfectly over them. This current session at the time of writing this, ive had these on for about 10 hours straight, jumping around between listing to music, watching a show and playing video games. My ears and my head do not hurt from long term use like most headsets tend to do. The padding is very comfortable. Audio quality is a lot better than I ever expected it to be. For Bluetooth, you usually have an above average quality compared to most RF receiver headsets. Im simply blown away with how clear, strong and deep the audio comes through. Crusher - Deep Bass feature. You want Deep Bass ACTION in your audio. This is the headset for you. The Crusher control is beyond insanity, its like having twice or 3 times the bass of Dolby Atmos in a movie theatre but wrapped around your ears. Crank it just 1/3 of the way, youll literally feel the ear cups vibrating from the bass, and its not even uncomfortable. At 1/2 way its practically an ear massager if youre watching an action movie or playing an action video game. Though at 100% Crusher, I think its a bit much as it drowns out the rest of the audio, but it may be good for something I have yet to listen to. ANC 2 - (Audio Noise Cancelling) kills about 90% of the ambient sound around you. You can barely hear your own inner vocals as you talk, thats how good it is. Battery - It came in charged at 50%. Didnt take long to charge to 100%. So using this from a full charge for 10 hours straight, ive consumed 20% battery life. So this is very accurate to the 50 Hour Capacity from a full charge. Skull-IQ App - Just like any other bluetooth companion app, it does what it needs to do. Allows for adjusting settings and updating the firmware. Bluetooth - I had issues off the bat at first when connecting to my Laptop. Nothing was found to identify the Connecting, disconnected, connected, disconnected, repeating issue. What I found was that this headset doesnt like any other Audio accessories that also use Bluetooth. So they both fight for who is in charge. I had my Turtlebeach 6000 Gen 2 receiver in my USB so they were fighting each other. Removed the receiver and resynced the SC Crushers to the bluetooth. Once i figured that out, no issues from that. However my one annoyance that I never encountered with any other Bluetooth headset is that this headset will cut all audio from the source thats primarily active (i.e. the game on my laptop) and play the notification or audio from my phone only. Once thats done, there is like 3-4 seconds of dead air before it swaps back to my games audio. Ive not experienced that with my Sony C700's. It just quiets the audio on one source temporarily. Overall these will be great for (still good for other categories but might hinder the experiences for something like Country Music wouldnt go well with this headset) - Music - Dance, Hip-Hop, R&B, RAP, Rock, Metal, POP. Movies - Action, Ambient / Atmospheric, Horror Gaming - Action, Ambient / Atmospheric, Horror, Music based, Fighting. I highly recommend the Skullcandy Crusher ANC 2. 9.2/10

I'm usually very skeptical when it comes to headphones. This is because of how picky I am about the different criteria, be it the price, the sound quality, noise cancellation, and comfort. When it comes to these, there is an overwhelming amount of positives. The headphones are sleek, and the sound quality is amazing, and don't even get me started on how amazing the bass is. For anyone who loves blasting bass busted music, these are a must have! The noise cancellation is perfect too, there are instances where I didn't even hear anyone talk to me, with the music turned off, so if that is your main priority, these headphones are perfect for that. I have worn them to the airport quite a few times, and they have served well in blocking out the sounds of the engine whirring and chatter. So on those fronts, they are absolutely perfect. As I had originally bought them to wear to the gym as well, I will say a small complaint would be how they fit. They are relatively comfortable, to where they don't give you headaches from being on too tight, which also leads to the fact that they tend to slide down just the smallest bit. So if you intend to do some quick movements with them, be prepared for some slight movement on the headphones part as well. This could be due to my head size/shape, but it is something that I noticed. It isn't drastic enough to where I am worried about losing them, but there are moments I have to readjust them just to prevent them from sliding off my head (especially with quick movements). If you intend to take them to the gym, keep in mind the leather will collect sweat, but due to the material they are very easy to clean. I will mention that if you are an earring wearer, my ears do hurt from the headphones from time to time, but it isn't anything manageable, so I would still recommend them. I've worn these pretty much every day since I purchased them during the 2024 Black Friday sale on Amazon, and their quality hasn't worsened, at least to my knowledge. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone looking for high quality headphones with amazing audio quality.

Faccio questa recensione dopo poco più di 6 mesi di utilizzo e devo dire che mi trovo benissimo, ho provato le cuffie in diverse situazioni: 1) per la musica sono eccezionali per alcuni generi, ovviamente parliamo di brani con bassi preponderanti è qua che danno il meglio, il sistema detto crush è pazzesco, puoi regolarlo con una semplice rotella e sembra di avere un sub nelle orecchie e di quelli potenti, per generi più "melodici" per così dire, si perde forse qualcosa agli alti e medi, però assicuro che anche per musica rock sono eccezionali, basso e batteria si sento come mai prima d'ora. 2) provate con film collegate dirette alla tv con il Bluetooth e anche qua è nuovamente una esperienza difficile da paragonare, per film d'azione in cui ci sono spari, esplosioni, motori di auto e moto, sembra di essere letteralmente al cinema con quei bassi che ti entrano dentro il petto, fanno letteralmente vibrare tutta la testa in certe situazioni. 3) videogame sempre collegate diretta alla tv, come per i film vale lo stesso discorso, titoli più action né guadagnano, giocare ad un cod piuttosto che un assassin's creed, cambia totalmente l'esperienza, tutto diventa più immersivo e pieno, purtroppo per dovere di cronaca, non si possono collegare dirette alla ps5 e utilizzare quindi l'audio 3d (peccato) ma su pc vanno bensimmo. La batteria è praticamente infinita, non ho mai verificato se siano veramente 50/60 ore come dicono, ma penso proprio che ci si avvici molto. La cancellazione del rumore è totale, sia per il fatto che avvolgono benissimo le orecchie e sia per la cancellazione attiva dei rumori, non si sente assolutamente nulla dei rumori esterni. Le chiamate sono buone si sente bene, nulla di superlativo, ma va bene così non sono fatte per quello. Buono il fatto di poterle collegare a 2 dispositivi contemporaneamente. L'unico contro riscontrato è il non poter scegliere l'assistente vocale, c'è solo il suo ed è in lingua inglese, peccato ma non indispensabile. Anche la costruzione è buona, di qualità le ho trovate leggere per la topologia di cuffie e anche i cuscinetti non scaldano troppo e non premono, sono molto comode. In buona sostanza ho dato 5 stelle perché per l'utilizzo che ne faccio sono TOP.

Okay, ich hab’s: Nachdem Amazon mich jetzt gefühlt zigmal nach einer Bewertung gefragt hat, hier meine Meinung zu den Skullcandy Crusher ANC 2 – und das aus der Sicht eines Gym-Junkies, der basslastige Beats einfach braucht. Design & Komfort Schon mal vorweg – die Kopfhörer sehen nicht nur cool aus, sie fühlen sich auch echt gut an. Die Ohrpolster sind schön weich, und auch nach einem intensiven Workout verrutschen sie nicht. Ich trage die Crusher beim Krafttraining, und sie sitzen bombenfest, selbst wenn ich mal wieder ordentlich ins Schwitzen komme. Der Bass? Hammer! Das absolute Highlight ist der Bass. Und ich meine richtig krasser Bass, der dir den Kopf vibrieren lässt! Über einen Regler an der Seite kann man das Basslevel einstellen – und ja, wenn du das voll aufdrehst, merkst du förmlich, wie die Musik durch deinen Körper dröhnt. Perfekt, um beim Training noch mehr Power rauszuholen. Jeder Beat motiviert mich, noch ein paar Wiederholungen draufzulegen. Für mich ist das echt der Boost, den ich im Gym brauche! Soundqualität & ANC Die allgemeine Klangqualität? Echt gut – klarer Sound und mit den Höhen und Mitten passt’s auch, selbst wenn der Bass dominiert. Die aktive Geräuschunterdrückung (ANC) macht einen ordentlichen Job, aber wenn ich ehrlich bin, interessiert mich das im Gym nicht so stark. Der Bass ist einfach so heftig, dass ich ohnehin kaum was vom Umfeld mitkriege – und das ist genau das, was ich brauche. Akkulaufzeit & Nutzung Noch ein Pluspunkt: Die Akkulaufzeit. Das Teil hält gefühlt ewig – mehrere Workouts hintereinander, ohne dass ich mir Gedanken machen muss. Und wenn ich’s doch mal vergesse zu laden? 15 Minuten an die Steckdose und ich hab wieder Stunden an Musikpower. Fazit Wenn du auf kraftvolle Bässe stehst und Kopfhörer suchst, die dich beim Training richtig pushen, sind die Skullcandy Crusher ANC 2 genau das Richtige. Klar, es gibt Kopfhörer mit besserem ANC, aber für meinen Einsatz im Gym und für den Bass-Kick sind sie perfekt. Absolute Kaufempfehlung für alle, die beim Training ihre Beats fühlen wollen!

Alors !!! par ou commencer ??? J'avais ,à l'époque du 1er crusher, craqué littéralement...! le seul bémol avec les années suivantes fut la disparition des ports jack sur les téléphones laissant la part belle au "Bluetooth" et donc m'obligeant à mettre mon crusher de coté !! Presque dix ans après je me décide à craquer ("crusher" si vous préférez) à nouveau ! après plusieurs reviews regardées sur la gamme des crushers, j'opte pour l'anc 2 et là ......!!!! Quel bonheur !! Enfiiiin !!! le retour de mes "booms booms" sur les oreilles et dans ma boite crânienne !! Essayons d'etre pragmatiques !!! je résume mon expérience personnelle et ça n'engage que moi (je les vois venir les "Aficionados" du son parfait ! les Puristes ! Les ingénieurs du son weekenistes, les pros du son, qui cherchent la p'tite bete dans un "hotel california live at ...", celui ou le guitariste pose "UNE" note bien précise dans le morceau, celle dont personne ne fait attention ou n'entend....sauf EUX...!!) Pour moi ce casque sera le dernier de ma grosse collection (intras et supras) car oui j'ai trouvé "LE" casque parfait (pour moi) Une fois l'application installée, j'entre dans la configuration générale et j’affine mes réglages (surtout pensez à configurer le casque à votre audition dans les paramètres ce n'est pas accessoires !) et en route pour les vibes puissance 100... En un mot comme en cent !! OUUUUUAAAAAAHHT ze feuq ! Il est encore mieux que mon premier ! Le son est clair et dynamique, les basses (à 50 pourcent) sont à la limite du tolérable physiquement (à 80 plus besoin d’épilation intra auriculaire les poils tombent tout seul !!) Je teste plusieurs morceaux divers et variés (dont le boom boom des black eyed peas) et à chaque fois le petit rictus de satisfaction (limite diabolique) se pose à la commissure de mes lèvres et mon cerveau relâche de la dopamine (je suis amoureux !!) J'explore les différentes options de "navigation" (paramétrables pour les boutons dans l'appli et presque sans limite, avance rapide, play, pause, etc ect..) et je teste aussi le contrôle vocal "hey skullcandy" qui répond magnifiquement bien et rapidement ! Tout fonctionne et je suis ....AUX ANGES !! Un seul petit bémol (mais pour moi sans importance réelle) l'ANC !! Light !! très light !! Même activée j'entends (musique à l’arrêt) les sons environnants ! Mais bon est ce vraiment la fonction primordiale d'un CRUUUSHEER ?? Non !! Juste un p'tit plus pour moi ! et franchement vu tous les plus du casque l'anc devenant un p'tit moins n'aura aucun poids face aux autres arguments du casque !! à vous de voir (du moins d'entendre)! Petite précision si vous voulez vous péter les tympans (je ne parle pas du mode crusher) sachez que ce casque est LE plus puissant que j'ai jamais eu !!!!!! Le volume du tel au max, si vous augmentez via les boutons du casque le volume, celui ci rajoute au moins 50 pcent de volume !! une boite de nuit sur les oreilles !!! et tout ça sans aucune saturation !! IMPRESSIONNANT ! Au niveau batterie c'est un dromadaire, je l'ai utilisé plus d'une heure à haut volume , crusher à 50pcent sur mon temps de trajet maison/travail (1h15) et la batterie était à 95 pcent ! autant dire que je vais attendre d’être à 30pcent de batterie avant de recharger (peut être 5 ou 6 jours, à voir !) Donc voilà vous l'aurez compris si vous avez lu ce post ( jusqu'à la fin) !! JE VOUS LE RECOMMANDE CHAUDEMENT CE CRUSHER ANC 2 !! particulièrement si comme moi vous aimez cette sensation de vibration de basses sur vos morceaux favoris. (vous allez redécouvrir votre musique sous un autre (b)ang(le) !! Ps: à la livraison le casque était pourvu d'un sac de transport souple et non d'un boitier rigide comme sur les différents unboxings visionnés sur le net (nouveau packaging du fabricant d’après ce que j'en ai compris)
