I have ADHD and what I like about this is it is undated, you write the dates on the top, so if you get out of habit you don't feel like you wasted a bunch of pages. It is really good functionality when I do use it. Good quality paper and spiral.

Liked this alot but I ended up giving it to someone else. And I think she will get more out of it. But happy with purchase. Its a me problem.

I don’t write reviews often, but this planner is great. I just bought a second one. I’m your classic ADHD girly, and this planner keeps me on track — despite my usage being spotty sometimes! When I need to plan out my day, this is the planner I grab… I have a whiteboard calendar, a happy planner, and of course my phone calendar… but this is the one that keeps me most on track when I *need* to get things done. The struggle is real today as I wait for the delivery of my new one. :)
