Shields well
After shaking up, it's a nice and thick shielding paint that spreads really well. Shielding capabilities seem really effective. I didn't realize it was only 1oz (because I didn't read), but that was PLENTY for two coats on two guitars. Do note that the brush is cheap and fell apart before I could finish the first guitar. Get a good hobby paint brush with a long handle. Also, don't spill it because it's just as pervasive as anti-seize; it gets everywhere and spreads like a virus. Good when your painting; bad when you are cleaning.

Works better than taping
This is a water-based paint that is very easy to apply and dries nice and evenly. I put three coats on to make sure that I was blocking the most interference I could from the guitars electronics. I tried taping first but had poor results. I applied this to my electronics cavity in my Stratocaster, Les Paul, and my Paul Reed Smith guitars with great success. Would buy it again.

Does the job
Applied 3 coats and got .001 on the reader so its not 100% effective as copper shielding, but it is much easier to apply and still works well enough to make a good circuit. One thing though, this stuff (at least my jar) literally STINKS. I can't even describe the smell, like sulfur and a retirement home..... luckily it goes away after it fully dries. It is a bit expensive, but this is enough to do a few guitars for sure.

From problematic to dead silent. This stuff is THE STUFF.
I have a favorite guitar that was perfect in every way other than its propensity for humming and buzzing. Way more than other similar guitars, even after redoing the wiring, pots, and jack. I decided to give this a chance before taking it to a professional. The control cavity was already coated, but I went ahead and painted it a second time. The pickup cavities were not painted at all, so I got both with two coats, let it all dry overnight. The next morning, I buttoned everything back up and all of the hum was gone. Not until I was inches away from my monitor could I hear anything at all. This is great stuff, I'm gonna buy more and shield some more guitars that have been problematic with noise in the past.

Finally the buzz is gone
Had two guitars with buzzing for years. Just found out about shielding a guitar and bought this product. So easy to use, easy instructions and easy cleanup. I was able to put 3 coats on a 1 humbucker pickup guitar( 1 pick up cavity and back cavity) and 2 coats on a 2 humbucker pick up guitar( 2 pick up cavities and back cavity). Amazing product, Finally the buzz is gone.
