This is smaller than I expected, maybe because the ones my kids have are all bigger. Turns out my wife thought it would be a lot smaller though =) so I wasn't sure what to expect. But when I reached in to pull it out of the package I paused for a moment because I was surprised at how soft it is! As in the material is very velvety, like those "mink" blankets. It's squooshy soft, too. And the material and craftsmanship are both higher quality than I expected. Some of my kids' toys like this feel like they will fall apart if you don't handle them like a baby, but this is one solid bird. When they say high-quality craftsmanship, that is an accurate statement.My 19-year old daughter loves it like she was 9. I can't say enough how impressed I am with it. If your kids like this kind of toy they'll love it, like me daughter, and if they don't, they'll still probably love it, like me =)

Oh no my zombie chicken has had its legs eaten!!! My poor soft toy has no legs and feet when it arrived, as you can see in the photos. It is a fun soft toy, perfect for the Halloween season. It is made of a nice soft velour material, it is full of stuffing so it is very round and its expression is hilarious.It is a very simple soft toy, beyond the facial area there is not much detail or any details on it. But that is OK, this zombie chicken is all about the face. Could make a fun gift for people of all ages. I plan to give this to my neighbor as a gift, who is in their 70's and is all about Halloween, I think she will get a real kick out of this zombie chicken.UPDATE: I have had this zombie chicken for a while now and I am happy to share that this soft toy is holding up very well to daily playing by my kids. I wash this toy regularly, and am happy to say it washes up well. I wash it on a cold gentle cycle and tumble dry low for about 45 minutes. It does not shrink and the colors do not run, it comes out of the machine looking fresh and new each time. This zombie chicken is very popular amongst the kids and it still looks good, it is still in one piece and the stitching is holding it all together, this soft toy is very tough, holding up to all the play it gets. Very happy with it.

Very cute high quality plushie that is cute, soft and made to last. This black bone chicken is made for Halloween but is perfect to give to anyone who likes cute and spooky all year long. Definitely a very cute unique plushie.

He's a medium sized, very full stuffed animal. Cute as cna be. My son loves him. He wouldn't be great for resting/napping on or taking outside the house and carrying around. He's a little too heavy and bulky for that. He stands up on his own.

My 4 yr old granddaughter loves chickens and was so excited to see this. She carries it around at my house and uses it as a pillow for her head when watching cartoons. Excellent item for gifting.

As you can see form the picture, this chicken is even more traumatized than her non-zombified cousin, which makes sense since it's a zombie. It's slightly smaller (again, a zombie - it's lost some of it's mass) but it's squishier. The fabric isn't as soft as the white one, though it's still really soft (to be fair, they are from different toy manufacturers.) And honestly, it makes sense for it to be a little less floofy (zombie thing again.) This gal is perfect for Halloween, zombie aficionados, people who like chicken plushies but also have a little bit warped sense of humor, and those who appreciate the absurd. It's just adorable.
