You have to take three pills a day
I absolutely love the supplements. They’ve helped with brain fog and sleeping at night and just felt quite better since purchasing them. I have to say three of them can be hard to swallow, but making sure to take them after dinner before you go to bed. It’s a great boost to help you go to sleep at ight.

Poor quality control
I hope these are good minerals, but quality control is absolutely lacking. More than 50 % of the capsules were not full none were equally filled.
