I love the product the box is amazing it does have removable dividers kind of sad that they may divide her markings in the bottom two shelves of it I wish they wouldn't have done that but that's just me being picky.The dividers that I removed one of them had splintering of the wood.There is also a significant scratch within side the box itself at the first level it's not that bad or I would return it.I like how they made the dividers for the second level they have no grooves and they don't have any markings on the sides of the box to show that they belong there.I have a wood burning laser and to be honest they're etchings are amazing no scorch marks perfectly in the center just how I wanted it they did a great job but I will tell you this as soon as you open that package and I do not believe that it is the manufacturer's fault I believe that it is the fault of being moved around so much in delivery but there are little bugs that were crawling on top of the box when I first opened it gross but other than that this is perfect I love it and I know my husband will too cuz it's his father's day gift I can't wait to give it to him! Thank you so much I really appreciate the details that went into this.

Nice looking box. Product seams well made. Functionality is adequate.Used Hot glue to add felt earring hanging panel to the back.

Original product sent was the wrong item and engraving. However, after contacting the seller, I was quickly sent the correct item with the correct inscription. The box was well packaged and is definitely a keepsake for passing on to future generations.

I bought this jewelry box as a gift for a young girl who was recently adopted, and am so pleased that I did. It came very nicely wrapped in a felt bag. The craftsmanship is excellent. We chose a heart and her new name to be engraved into the top. It looks beautiful... Something she will enjoy for many years to come, and be a reminder of her special day.

Well made box. Purchased the plain wood as a gift for my husband to store his jewelry. Love the pop out feature to store his bracelets. The packaging was exceptional with a high quality box and dust cover. Made an excellent presentation. The one insert is a little flimsy but like that it can be removed to have an open tray as an option. Definitely recommend. It’s worth the price.

Sent more than one request through Amazon and then directly emailed through the company's website, no responses. I received a damaged gift box and only wanted the gift box replaced. The shipping box had been punctured with a sizable hole damaging the very nice gift box. The jewelry box was beautiful. Disappointed in customer service as it was over a $100.
