Good quality material, great value for price..
It's put together well. Could probably have a little more "scoop" in the back to keep you in the saddle when enthusiastically accelerating. The only thing I didn't like was the seat plate - these come with the same plate included in all the shorter bobber seats on here, so you'll definitely need to do some fab if you have an older bike like mine. Also a little wide on the side out of the box, but nothing an angle grinder can't fix. I have a Shadow VT800 so I knew I wasn't going to bolt right up, but the short plate made it difficult. My only reason for 4 stars. Everything else is what you want out of it. [Photos are pre-install, I am working on several repairs/upgrades so these are just a mock-up in the garage for size reference]

Doesn't line up.
The seat within its own bracket doesn't fit. The seat springs don't line up with the other end by more than 1"

Poor quality.
Poor quality. The reason I chose this one was for the buttons around it. Well there was at least 3 falling off including the middle plate in the back. Unfortunately they came out of the box coming off.

Does not fit my sportster unless you do some drilling and make a bracket to secure rear of seat.
No install directions. I would not recommend unless you have plenty of experience. It's not what I expected for my bobber. Terrible fit on 04 sportster.

This really is not a universal Seat Buyer beware
Other than bending the plate six different ways to sunday,,, The most important thing you need to know is you have to be a magician to get all for nuts and washers into the springs. It even shows it in the product picture if you look closely enough Buyer Bewarefor gifted motorcycle builders and magicians Only Unless you think you can fit your fingers inside of the spring
