I purchased this item in Dec 2023, and it is just now Mar 2024 and the handle to roll it up/down has already stopped working properly. I am now able to roll it up.

Be aware, first time I've received this had so many missing parts which couldn't complete it. I'd placed a replacement then. Also the manual instructions aren't very well-designed for installation and guidance.

Instructions don't show all parts to be assembled. Crank failed after first use. Ordered replacement from another vendor.

Installation took forever! You absolutely cannot install this by your self.

I started to put this awning together but had to quit because pieces didn’t fit correctly. Which to be honest, isn’t a big surprise. The instructions are extremely vague. I’m missing a black “boot” to keep the two poles from moving. Heads up, the awning itself is very very cheap material, I doubt this would last through one season. Finally, the support poles are extremely thin. And I’ve not heard back from the company on any support. So keep browsing for a manual awning, cause this one isn’t it.
