Since last year I have purchased 3 of this product for me and my friends who have migraine!Honestly it really helps to calm down the headache. I usually keep it in the freezer to use it when I’m under migraine attack.Perfect flexible size which can fit any head size, it stay cold for long time , can easily cover the head and eyes . Excellent product! My husband suffers from migraines and this gel headband is wonderful, cooling relief. It does not require freezing, but we do recommend placing it in the refrigerator to cool down before using. Very comfortable and easy to use! Just slip it over your head and situate it over your eyes. Highly recommended!

It doesn’t get rid of migraines.. however, it definitely does soothe them and makes it much easier to fall asleep. Cools down super fast and stays cold. It gives that feeling of the cold side of your pillow, but it stays on and around your whole face.Fits pretty well and is good quality.

Oh my goodness, why didn’t I know about this sooner??? It’s too cold to actually put on my head straight out of the freezer. I actually lay on it so that my hair is between me and it. Absolutely eases my headaches!

Whenever I have a headache I just through this on and it feels better. Not like drastically but enough that it’s tolerable. I know putting it in the fridge or freezer makes it cold, but I’ve even just left it out on my night stand and it was still cold. Doesn’t smell and pretty easy to pull on.

I love this thing. I bought one for my mom a few years ago, and recently decided I needed my own. When I get a headache/migraine, this does the job. I like how cool it feels, it seems to really calm down all the pressure in my head. IT holds up really well with constant use. I like that it is slightly weighted, which I feel like also helps with pressure. I've never tried this hot just because I prefer the cold, but I;m sure it is great there too. This one is on the cheaper side and I think it's perfect. (didn't smell weird when it arrived either, for the review.)

Works like a dream. It's basically a head-shaped ice pack. Putting it in the freezer might be a bit much, as it's hard to keep it on your head when it's frozen. Not because of any flaw in the product, but because it's GREAT at staying cold and your head will start hurting with how cold it gets. So, I advise freezing and letting it sit out for a little bit, or putting it in the fridge (we keep ours in the fridge). It's comfortable and fits all of our heads. Doesn't smell bad and is kind of fun to have on. So far it works great when we have a headache.
