all round best choice
Tur Latte comes with a scoop and instructions for use. I use one scoop in a cup of milk with a tsp of either sugar or honey. I warm this on the stove for a hot drink, a la hot chocolate... so not to boiling. with stirring it dissolves easily and stays dissolved while i drink it. if needed just restir to complete the dissolving. It has a good taste with the sweetener. no aftertaste and i did not find it to taste "gritty" either. I find it helps me sleep deeply. I wake very rested. This is in addition to the benefits of supporting the immune system and prevention for alzheimer's. In the question section someone asked how much turmeric a tsp has and the seller answered 1660mg. This is an amount that has been associated with the health benefits reported in the research studies done with turmeric. other benefits: it is non GMO, unsweetened, caffeine free, gluten free and vegan. also made in the US..

Love It!
I have severe sinus issues and accidentally found out that Turmeric helped them. I decided to try out Raw & Root because they did not add sweetener to it and I liked the additional herbs added in. This product is fantastic!! I haven't had to take any sinus medication in over three weeks. I add a scoop to unsweetened almond milk and add a little honey also. I look forward to my morning cup every day. I am usually suffering with severe headaches every day and now I know what it's like to not have even a twinge of pain!

Tur Latte...not so Tur-iffic
I have been drinking Golden Milk each night for the last eight months for inflammation (I suffer from several auto immune disorders to include Hashimoto Thyroiditis. I have also cut Gluten from my diet.) This is the first time trying Tur Latte. The taste was not horrible, but very different from the brand I had been using; there was something off about the flavor. After a few sips intorducing it to my tastebuds, I was able to drink it down without making the “ewww” face! After reading the Nutrition Label, I realized that the scoop that comes in the jar of Tur Latte actually measures out to be two teaspoons. The label states that one scoop is equivalent to a teaspoon (4 g.) So if you were to follow the directions of one teaspoon of Tur Latte to one cup (8 oz) of almond milk, coconut milk, etc...you should only be using half of a scoop of Tur Latte. Also, with so many ingredients, I am wondering how much Turmeric and Curcumin is in half or a whole scoop of Tur Latte??! One needs to receive 500-1000 milligrams of Turmeric/Curcumin to assist with anti-inflammation and gut health. The other brand I typically use states 1000 milligrams per scoop (and the scoop is half the size!)Tur Latte does blend (mix) well. For those of you stating it doesn’t, try using whisk. I will finish this jar of Tur Latte, but I will not be purchasing again. It is only 40 servings for $22, and I would need to use much moreto get anti-inflammatory benefits.

MUCH better than mixing your own
I’ve been making my own Golden Milk from scratch for a while. This is so much better because (a) it is so convenient - saves time and there is no mess (b) it is consistently delicious (I would sometimes mess up the recipe) (c) it dissolves so much more easily in wam milk than the turmeric powder I was using. I really do recommend it.I seem to like it a little stronger than average and expect to get 40 servings or so out of the jar. I sweeten with a little honey, but it tastes so good I can drink it without sweetening, too.I wish it was a tad more affordable so I could drink it every night, as I can swear by the health advantages of the ingredients. This is more than 3x what it costs me to mix my own, and that’s the only reason I didn’t give it five stars. I’m using it half the time, and reverting to my own recipe when I am not in a rush, just to save money. If your frame of reference is buying golden milk at a cafe, this will give you 40-45 cups for what you’d be paying for 2-3, so buy it for sure!!

We felt the benefits the next morning, rather than the few days of drinks we thought it would take to notice.
This is amazing! My niece, husband and I all tried a hot cup one evening. We used Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk and added a slight amount of Coconut Sugar. We only used 1/2 scoop per cup, given we werent sure if we'd like it or not. So we didnt expect anything other than to see how we liked it. It was mild, grainy in the bottom of the cup since we didnt strain it - no biggee...just dont drink that part. The next morning we each felt an absolute difference in inflammation, which felt better overall to start the morning that way! My niece ordered one for herself that day and we have since ordered another one. We typically just make it with the same or Unsweetened Almond Milk and no sugar. The sugar sort of defeats the purpose of losing inflammation. But either way it is a very effective and good drink to have. If you dont sweeten it, it tastes sort of like a broth. I would absolutely give it a try. Frankly, you could add it to a small pan of hot vegetable soup, and make sure it simmered for the 5 minutes. You probably wouldnt even notice it in the soup - other than the warm golden color it adds. ENJOY!

Check the measurements!
This is actually pretty good and convenient. I wish I had read more reviews, and I hope someone reads this. There is only one issue, and I hope the maker can fix it. The measurement. It says to use one tsp (one scoop). The scoop is not equivalent to one teaspoon. The scoop is marked 11cc, one teaspoon is 5cc. So people are putting in more than twice what they should which is probably why they think it tastes bad or upsetting their stomach. Get a properly measured teaspoon and it tastes wonderful!

Works for me!
I've tried Turmeric before, bought capsules from a very reputable vitamin company, started off slow and ended up with intestinal "issues" almost every time I took it. I decided to give turmeric one more chance and ordered Tur Latte, after reading the reviews. I'd heard about the benefits of Golden Milk and I have to say, it's been working for me. Again, I have started off slowly and my system seems to be fine with this combination. I am now using less than half a scoop and my joints are feeling better already. I mix it with warmed Almond Milk, no need for sweetner, and this stuff tastes fabulous! It reminds me of a very mild chai tea. I typically have this just before dinner and I think I'm sleeping better as well.

Not for me
I didnt really rate this powder but it doesn't mean it's bad. It just depends on what you are looking for! I prefer my tumeric lattes being more on the sweeter side than spicy. I also think it's really expensive for what it is. Won't buy again .
