Worked out perfectly for my desk. It was easy to install and took about 10 minutes total. I had to be careful because this piece of furniture is really old and I didn’t want to damage it. The lock is good and it does the job.

It was identical to the lock I replaced. I used the screws from my old lock, so I didn’t have the screws breaking like in some of the other reviews.

Curio Cabinet
If you are trying to put a simple lock on like a curio cabinet this little lock set is perfect. It didn't replace the old one exactly as is and now I have a new key so that I can close my cabinet and lock it to keep the kids from touching the things on display. Also for the cost it was pretty decent.
