Easy to install if your door having universal holesVery convenient and the application is very user friendlyLittle issues but you can live with it- auto lock doesn’t distinguish between open or closed door so lock can be activated while door is opened and you need to unlock it manually- you can’t set up password without internet near to the door

Frustrating to say the least
I have been using this device for about 6 months now. My biggest frustration is that it disconnects to the wifi and you then wouldnt know who’s accessing your home (because I’ve given multiple people different passwords). Reconnecting takes up to 2 hours. I’m not satisfied at all

Disconnecting from wifi every time wifi restarts
Loosing wifi signals every time wifi restarts. I did complaint. They must issue some software update that it reconnects and recognise previous wifi when wifi goes offline and comes back.
