After stopping Ovasitol (too expensive in my opinion) I have decided to look for an alternative here. I am glad that I have found Dr. Bo's version of Ovasitol it is much more cost effective-- yes you have to take 4 but I am quite content with it because of the ease of use every day. I cannot say whether it will make a difference yet since I just got this but I will update in weeks to come. I have not had a period in 10 years and after plenty of dr tests blood work I am desperate to get my PCOS under control.Update: I have lost weight taking this, metformin, mounjaro, and those things combined have helped my anxiety and sleeplessness/insomnia. When I do not take this I do not get peaceful sleep... it helps me sleep through the night consistently. However I was off this for two weeks and every night I felt super wired like I couldnt get rest so I definitely think it helps control some symptoms of my PMS and whatnot.

Stopped taking these and noticed I gained a little weight. Definitely happy I started again… Capsules are small and easy to take. No crazy side effects!

I haven't got my period from last 2 months ordered this took 2 days and got my stop period on 3rd day. It works amazing ladies specially who really doesn't get their period on time. Try this it works good and it will continue your period cycle i used to take this year ago almost 6 months and my period was always on time but after i stopped i got late period things started again. Now i will continue this regular again.

I'm on my second bottle. i haven't stepped on a scale but I feel less bloated. I feel like my tummy is slightly smaller. I do have more energy. I'll keep using this. I would recommend it. Similar to more expensive ones.

Been taking for a few weeks now and I was really hoping they would help me with my period but it still hasn’t came I’m hoping it will come on time if I’m not pregnant there’s always a possibility.I been able to sleep more and not eat as much and it’s a little hard to take but you get used to it after a few times.I really hope it helps I’ll finish this bottle and see what’s next
