Love this stuff. Totally stops the dread bonk after a hard ride!
Was struggling to get good nutrition quickly after hard ride bike rides. This drink really helps post ride recovery and during rides. I am amazed at how it makes me feel better so quickly. As my endurance has increased, I use the drink less and less, but I really like having it readily available so if I start dragging, it helps me get back up and running without bonking/crashing for the rest of the day. Huge game changer. I have NO issues with the taste. It's an engineered sports drink. It's not a fine wine or beer. Highly recommend this product. I wouldn't mind trying a different flavor next time, but for some reason Orange is a lot cheaper, so Orange it is!

Good for hot, long distance rides.
One of my go to products for long cycling rides, especially on hot, humid days. Good taste and mixes easily. Some people are put off by the added sweetener, aspartame, but this is not an issue to me. Provides a good balance of carbs and electrolytes to replace those lost during exercise. Some replacements provide some protein or amino acids...this does not. If that's important to you then look to First Endurance products. Another brand that I use for really intense workouts in hot, humid weather.

Makes Water Taste Bad
I'm so addicted to this while cycling that I hate having to refill my water bottle with normal water mid-ride. You're teased by the the watered-down residue still in the bottle, wanting that yummy taste and carbs. I do 2 scoops to my 26oz bottle. The harder you go, the better it tastes. I'm often out in crazy desert heat, enjoying this.

SUPER sweet
Generally not very sensitive to flavors with this kind of stuff but I find it incredibly sweet if used in the full 2-scoop serving (and my bottles are even bigger than the 500ml suggested). Can't argue against it's benefits as it seems to work pretty well and the nutritional facts hit the right amounts. On very long/high effort rides I occasionally go with the full serving, but I highly recommend balancing out your other fueling with something salty/sour to neutralize the sweetness.

Great powder for cycling
SIS products are great for long cycling rides. They taste great and supplement regular food very well. I use the gels also. They keep your body very balanced, so you never tire or get sore.

Works well but please ditch the artificial sweeteners.
First off, I'm a huge fan of SIS Beta Fuels and gels for cycling. Unfortunately, Beta Fuel has been sold out everywhere for last couple of months so I decided to try their Electrolyte powder as it also contains a decent amount of carbs and supplement it with their gels.In my opinion the flavor is too sweet at the recommended serving size. The artificial sweeteners, aspartame (common in diet drinks, also known as Equal and NutraSweet) is complete overkill and even requires SIS by law to place a Phenylalanine warning on the label. I unfortunately ordered two large bottles but will not be ordering a replacement.
