Was able to get 2 of these for a great price! They last forever since you don't need much and aren't supposed to use them for extended periods of time. It's Easy just to put a little in my kids water or juice about a half hour ish before bedtime or whatever suits your kiddos needs. I pretty much only use this when my kiddos sleeping schedule gets thrown off really badly. It's a lifesaver cos it works like a charm and he seems to get a pretty good night's rest too. As he is a bit of a light sleeper. Can't say anything wrong about this! I haven't tried it myself though so I'm not sure how it tastes but judging from the smell it doesn't smell like cough syrup or anything.. And my kiddo never seems to notice and doesn't complain so thats a def win win in my book! ♡

Absolutely does NOT work. Once started giving it my kids they woke up 3-4 times a night which makes for a horrible NOT restful sleep for anyone. Also woke up 6 hours later ready to get up raring to go.

I use this to help my kiddos sleep at night. I have never bought this brand before and the package came in well sealed and it was not broken. The taste however was not good to my kids so please keep that in mind when buying this.
