There's a certain building blocks brand I'm sure you've heard of - the name rhymes with 'way go'. When I was young, my favourite sub-genre of that brand was Pirates. I had various boats, coves, and outposts filled with scurvy rapscallions, parrots, sharks, and hook or sword swinging reprobates.This pirate ship takes me back to those days. Building it with my son was fairly easy, even though it sounds from the box that there are so many pieces. I did most of the building, and it took us a few hours between other distractions and him getting bored, but he would help find a particular piece for me, decide where the chest and accessories should go, and push other pieces together.Once complete, it looks the part. Big sails, doors and windows which swing open, and little cannon windows - there's a lot of great detail which should help with imaginative play and, if anything, it's more intricate than what I remember my own sets to have been.It's a shame that the set doesn't come with one or two pirate figures - this makes it feel more like a model than a toy. There's nothing stopping you using figures from other brands here, but there is a size difference to consider. That hasn't stopped my son from using the pirates he has from other toy sets. This would be a five star product if it included figures to engage with, but that's not the case. As it is, it's great to look at and if you have other suitably sized figures to bring in, then it's a fun time.

This was really good fun to build and had a great time with it. Problem solving and building took time but thoroughly enjoyed it!

Building this pirate ship was a compelling experience. While some may view it as a mere child’s toy, I found it incredibly engaging. The blocks fit snugly, and the completed model had movable parts that were not just gimmicks but functional aspects that enriched the play.There’s an anchor that actually lowers and raises, along with intricate hatches that open and close. Every little element contributed to creating an adventurous ambiance, letting my imagination roam free.While assembling, I noticed the quality of the materials. The blocks remained intact even after disassembling and reassembling multiple times, which is quite remarkable. These are not your run-of-the-mill building blocks. Their sturdiness ensures that this pirate ship will sail the stormy seas of imaginative play for a long time.

Lots of missing pieces, got onto the number 2 bags and not all the pieces are there. Hopefully I can return it. Very disappointed

I have tried a few fake Lego brands before and they are often low quality. This set however is well made out of a nice, high-quality plastic.You get quite a lot of pieces with easy-to-read instructions which makes it great fun to build and can be put together in a few hours.Once you have built it, I think it looks great. There are a lot of nice little details like the people and the art on the flags. I even ordered a different pirate ship to go next to it and they look great.

The media could not be loaded.  This is a great building set that comes nicely presented in lovely branded packaging with a large, easy to read, pictorial instruction booklet. The pieces are separated into numbered bags (1-4) with each refering to different steps in the manual. The pieces are of good quality and a tad smaller than standard sized building bricks. They can be fiddly to piece together and I found that a little extra patience is needed with assembly. Although the finished ship isn't massive, it's a surprisingly time consuming build and definitely one for older children and adults with some experience of building more complicated models. It took me around 5+ hours - there's quite a lot of intricate detail on the ship and many little parts to construct. It looks really great once finished and apart from the masts that feel a tad flimsy once on, I'm really happy with the overall model. I found it to be a very enjoyable, if not a slightly fiddly build.

This is a Vepower Pirate ship building block set using MINI bricks with 1282 pieces and an age rating of between 8-13 years. The box that this comes in is really giftable and the pirate ship looks really detailed with good design for anyone into this sort of thing.These mini bricks are 12mm so not compatible with the leading brand and although can be a bit fiddly the instructions are easy to follow just make sure you give yourself time for this as it will take a few hours to build. The price is currently £39.99 with a £10 voucher to use off the price which makes this a decent price to pay for in my opinion a really well thought out design and amazing looking ship, with multiple moving parts to really get a child's imagination going.I would definitely recommend this.

Il set costruzioni a blocchi di questo Vascello Pirata è stato un successo immediato con mio figlio. I blocchi sono di alta qualità e la varietà di forme e colori ha stimolato la sua creatività fin dal primo momento. La guida inclusa è stata utile per aiutarci a costruire il vascello, ma mio figlio ha apprezzato anche la libertà di creare le proprie strutture. Una volta completato, il vascello è robusto e resistente, e ha resistito bene anche ai giochi più impegnativi. È stato incredibile vedere quanto tempo mio figlio abbia trascorso a giocare con questo set, e mi sento bene sapendo che sta sviluppando le sue abilità motorie e cognitive mentre si diverte. Consigliato a tutti i genitori in cerca di un giocattolo educativo e divertente per i propri bambini.

Era un regalo para mi hijo de 8 años, lo ha montado él sólo en 2 días y medio. Muy entretenido y divertido. Con muchos detalles.

Le produit est bien mais il manque dans le colis la grande voile. Je peu même pas le retourner je l'ai assemblée.

Zunächst sind die Steine etwas kleiner als Original Lego.Dann ist es nicht immer nachvollziehbar warum statt einem großen Stein z.B. 6 winzig kleine gebraucht werden.Alles in allem für den Preis ok aber man merkt das es nicht die Qualität des originalen hat.Für unseren Sohn zur Beschäftigung im Urlaub war es ok für knapp über 20€

Viel kleiner als Original Lego und viele kaputte Teile. Material bricht sehr leicht
