Excellent prep for the certification tests. Great use of color and visuals. Not very helpful as a manual for solving a specific problem. However to pass the tests you need this book. Contains both Core and Expert Levels. Best of it's kind on the market!!!!!!! If you set up a logical study plan using this book you will PASS the tests. Good Luck and God Bless, oh for you Atheists at there just Good Luck!

Almost exactly as advertised.
This certification book does what it says it will. It presents exactly the subject matter that will be on the test and no more.You do have to know Office 2010 well before you open the cover. It will not teach you. It is basically a review book to be used in a classroom setting.The only thing that prevents a 5 star review is the lack of the courseware. The Amazon site has the "Look Inside" feature. "Inside" says that the courseware is included. After receiving the book I called the publisher and was told that I should not have been sold the book. I was told that it is for classroom use only, led by an instructor.Without the courseware, a person without an in depth and clear understanding of at least one of the programs, in my case Excel, would be lost without having additional books to study along with this one.

No Access to Pratice material
This book could be useful if the practice files were made available to those who buy the book, what use is a Certification prep book if you cannot practice the exercises in the book? Even though I am a trainer, I was unable to access the publishers website, which is the only way you can get the files to work through the book, every time I tried I got a maintenance error message. Without the files, the book can be used for reference, but you cannot practice the modules as you move through the sections.

Where's the CD?
Did I miss something in the product description? Needs a CD to use this book. I have been looking on-line can't find the CD. waste of money if there is no access to the CD.

Where is the CD ROM?
Book looks good but it suppose to have a companion cd with it. Much of the book is worthless without the pratice documents on the CD.

Not for Self-Study
This is a college text book to be used in a class room environment only. As you can not get to any of the needed information to study unless you are an instructor. NOT for self study.
