I have a newer vehicle that I just haven't been able to get the seat quite right and it cramps my butt on longer trips. I've tried numerous different products from memory foam to regular foam to pads to wood beads to various pillows. But this seems to be the best of them all.The included & separate piston inflator is good to fill it up initially, but then you can make little adjustments in the pressure when driving by either deflating or pumping a little more in with the enclosed valves. It has a little onboard pump and also a deflation vent - both can be easily accessed as they are on opposite corners of the cushion. The enclosed inflator doesn't give you much per squeeze, but after maybe 4-5 squeezes you can start to feel a slight pressure change, which is just enough and very convenient!

Recently started working as a home health occupational therapist. A patient I saw had this cushion and I thought it offered good weight distribution to prevent skin breakdown. I ordered this cushion and it sat in the box until recently. I issued this cushion for an amputee patient on my caseload to utilize while seated in her wheelchair. However after 2-3 days of cushion, the cushion got a hole in it and is unable to inflate. Because I ordered this cushion a couple months ago, I am unable to return the cushion. Very disappointed and so is my patient as she wanted another one. But I am skeptical to order another because of this problem. I would recommend spending money on a higher quality cushion.

We use these on our riding lawn mowers. We strap them down with a bungie cord around the seat. It gives us much more comfort when mowing our bumpy property!! they really do the job very well!!

Just not very comfortable

Designed for easy adjustments. Works well in the car & at home alike. I even purchased a second one for my husband & he likes it too!

I purchased my Perfect Chair many moons ago,for recovery after my 1st fusion surgery.The pad that came with it suxed so I replaced it with a firm pad that NOW after 2nd fusion wasn't comfortable anymore so I stuck the inflatable seat on top of the old pad & it's been a few weeks of enjoying it & regretting not doing it many moons ago. It looks goofy but doesn't bother me, my tail bone loves it!Buy one if you need something better than regular foam pads.
