Delicious tasting protein that is safe for the whole family! I love it because it does not make me feel bloated. My child athletes also love this protein and I don’t have to fight them to drink it. What I like the most is that it is a clean and real food based product for easy absorption. No toxic chemicals/fillers etc to worry about. It blends well with most fruits and berries for a smooth creamy flavor. We use it in smoothies and baking as a yummy tasting way to add more protein and balanced nutrients into our diets. Definitely recommend. Gluten and dairy free is a huge plus for us as well.

I was on the hunt for a protein powder that was plant based as my stomach cannot tolerate anything else. I also wanted a protein that gave me a ton of protein in just one scoop, and at 20g of protein per scoop I have to say that that is a huge pro. Ordered the Vanilla Cream as I wanted to be able to try the protein in various shakes, smoothies, and my morning yogurt. Blendability: Very easy to mix/stir into all of my beverages. I wanted to make sure it mixed smoothly while I was on the go and without access to a blender or even a shaker bottle. Texture: You do not have that grittiness that is often associated with protein powders, and it stirred right in without any trouble to just water. Taste: Has a great taste and does not leave you with an artificial after taste. ONE scoop of protein with a ton of vitamins at just 110 calories, gluten free, soy free, that also tastes good & does not wreck you stomach!!! Tru will forever be my go to protein, and listen I have tried numerous other planted based proteins and am no stranger to fitness and aspiring to maintain a healthy whole food diet. Next on my list to try is the Chocolate Peanut Butter I am sure it will not disappoint!

TRU-ly the Best Protein Powder! I’ve been using TRU Protein Powder for several months now as part of my fitness routine, and I absolutely love it. The taste is excellent. I really like this protein. The flavor is great, doesn't leave a weird after taste as many protein powders do. I like to drink shakes simple, but this flavor is light enough that you can mix it with anything and it is not over powering. The quality of the package is great too. I am expecting my 3rd child and with that comes a lot of other things. This is my go to protein- pregnancy safe- hormone balance safe. Will try other flavors soon but I love this one.
