These are terrible! So terrible for my diabetes. Ugh. I just got dental implants, so I was looking for soft foods I could eat for the first few days, (excusing my diabetic diet) and discovered these. I wish I never had though, because they are like a drug... I just want more! Now I'm able to chew food, so I have no excuse to eat stuff like this anymore and need to start eating like a diabetic again. But I cant stop eating these! They are really yummy! They taste like a blended, smooth and delightful Cinnabon.

This pudding tasted just like a cinnabon cinnamon roll. It was so yummy

Very tasty, but you'll get diabetes if this is your everyday pudding. Try sugar free or make your own from sugar free powder and plant milk.I see many reviews complaining about the sweetness, but the sugar measures out at 18g. That almost 40% sugar in one cup, half a days serving in one tiny cup. If they removed the sugar and added a sweetener like stevia or monk fruit then it would not be as bad. In fact it will probably be creamier.I'm going to put mine in the fridge and save them for topping off my oatmeal, it's too sweet to eat everyday. These 6 cups should last me for a few months I can't eat a whole one.
