Bought this for my best friend and she was happy that it improved her hair a lot. She suffers from a lot of stress and end up losing her hair a lot monthly that she buy "My Biotin" from Walgreens every month. With this it helped regrow her hair, made it stronger, and even gave her more curls that she didn't expect to get. The collagen worked for her face and arms and hands because she suffers from constant dry skin and easily burns from the sun. This made her skin softer and prevented her skin from burning a lot. Big change because her skin did get burned but now with this , its like mild now. Now, she don't have to worry about losing hair but have to teach her to control her stress so that this whole thing doesn't happen again.

I previously had settled into a good routine of Biotin supplements with a separate collagen supplement with a separate horsetail supplement. When I saw these combination ones, of course I just had to try them!I love that the horsetail is only 200mg in these because the individual horsetail supplements are hard to find in amounts smaller than 400mg! The original tincture from a different company that gave me great results was discontinued, and it was 3000mg biotin and 200mg horsetail, so this seemed perfect.THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT!First of all, SUPER affordable, especially if you bundle a few at once every few months if your budget can swing that. It has cut the price of my usual hair supplements to less than half, which is great!Second, I've always had very fine hair that grew sooooooo slowly. I'm talking "mayyyybe 3 or 4 inches in a year" slow 😭 with my previous routine, I was seeing about 1-2 inches every month or 2, which was great for me! But I still had a lot of hair fall and you could see my scalp through my hair most days. I started these August or so of last year, and in January I saw a FB memory and my hair has literally DOUBLED in those 12 months! That's insane to me 😅 my hair is the longest it's EVER been, the shedding has significantly decreased and my scalp is filling in more so it's harder to see through my hair. I have so many baby hairs it almost looks like I have bangs lolThird, I reached out to the company to check what type of collagen it was, bc I know bovine collagen is the best absorbed and most effective for our bodies, but also a lot of supplements try to be vegan to cater to different lifestyles, and neither the bottle nor the description specified what kind of collagen this had. Customer service was super speedy in responding and confirmed that this does indeed have bovine collagen, which means I don't have to purchase a second kind, yay! This does mean THIS ISN'T VEGAN though, which makes no difference to me personally but some folks may need that info.For those concerned about body hair, I used to always avoid biotin bc historically it made my body hair all over grow thick and fast and did very little for my head hair, but the horsetail really curbs that effect for me, I have only seen a difference in my head hair since adding the horsetail (both in previous combo of individual supplements and with this combo all-in-1Overall, super happy with my choice! Try them out, you won't regret it!** keep in mind like most supplements, these can take up to 2 or 3 months to notice a significant difference. It usually happens faster if you had already been taking something else before starting these but sometimes you do gotta go through a few bottles before your body builds up it's stores and you see visible resultsI'll try and come back soon to add the before/after pics of my hair from Jan 2024-Jan 2025

I have been taking it for a month and I feel that my hair loss has eased a bit. I bought a second bottle and continue to use it in the hope that it will have a better effect.

I use this after my hair transplant! It helps tremendously. It has sufficient ingredients, not a lot not a little, the perfect dosage.it prevents hair from falling and helps hair follicle growing stronger.if uou just got hair transplant get this. I used 4 other ones before, the one with like 30 ingredients etc but that hurt my stomach and gave me heartburn.It doesnt smell le taste bad at all.I wish it was cheaper, this should be valued $15 dollars max.

Not sure if this is working, but my nails appear to be stronger. I do plan to keep taking them. Easy to swallow. Because I'm not a doctor decline to recommend. Suggest do own research & check with medical professional.

This product is great, my hair is growing and getting healthier and thicker since I’ve been taking them, love them.

I'm very HAPPY with this supplement! I'm on my second bottle. My hair is feeling stronger and has STOPPED shedding incessantly. YAAY!!!! And I have no digestive issues with taking it whatsoever. I'm so grateful I've found this great product, and I definitely recommend it!

I ordered this product as it supposed to have most of the ingredients for hair growth and stop shedding. It also should be good for skin and nails. I used one bottle and did notice a that my hair loss. It's still shedding, my nails are more brittle and breaking more easily. For me, this didn't work.
