These snack packs are a fantastic pick me up if you want to have a light snack between meals, especially if you are particularly active. There’s a little protein, fat, and carbohydrates across a variety of ingredients. The dried fruit isn’t overly sweet. The roasted chickpea also adds a nutritious nuttiness. I’m glad I bought these. They are perfect for road trips, hiking, conference travel, a brief respite when you have back to back meetings, or an alternative to high calorie bad decision.

great snack. healthy. just a tad bit expensive

These serving size packs of this keto mix of nuts and chocolate covered almond is the perfect size for a snack or an after dinner treat. I find the chocolate covered almonds are what make taste special ... and there are always a nice amount of them in each pack. As diabetic, I particularly like how it doesn't seem to impact my blood sugar, so I can enjoy it guilt free! I should say that the chocolate covering is not candy-like and it leans toward the dark chocolate side of taste. For me, that doesn't take away from my enjoyment.
