I'm quite short and slim, not overweight or underweight. However, I still encounter some chafing problems when running, hiking in the woods, or working out at the gym. I don't need too much of this, and I don't need it everyday, but on days when I do need it, I'm glad it works and works well. It heals chafed skin and protects it from future chafing. And it's so easy to use, just apply it like you do deodorant wherever you have a chafing problem. It doesn't feel greasy at all, and the protection it gives lasts for hours, at times, all day. I'm so glad it comes in an applicator so I don't have to rub it in. This has become part of my exercise routine and a great addition to my self-care.

Works wonders for preventing summer skin chafe issues!Another awesome use for this stick is razor burn treatment! I have very sensitive and reactive skin and ended up with some bad razor burn after shaving my underarms. It was so uncomfortable and the rash treatments I tried didn’t help, so I decided to apply this anti-chafe balm and within minutes my skin felt soothed. The pain has nearly subsided and now I can hardly tell I even have the razor burn. I can also move my arms around without my armpits burning.Highly recommend this product to my fellow curvy friends too! I can’t go without it now! :)A note when applying the balm - I hold the stick against my skin where I’m going to be applying it for about 30-60 seconds before gliding it across my skin. It helps warm and soften the balm so there is less drag on your irritated skin.

This definitely protects the skin as a barrier against any chaffing. perfect for runners & bikers. I use it to also create a barrier between my skin & sweat when I take my cycle classes 3X a week. Works well. Sometime sneed to really after if I am unable to go straight home & shower. Convenient size to take in my gym bag - which I like as well. I will continue to buy (on my 2nd one).

This is definitely effective and it must have during the summer months. I wouldn't say there's a cooling effect but it does have some easy comfort and gliding. For the money is worth, I feel like it should have been a bigger size.I went through it within less than a month. However , it is great to bring when you're flying TSA approved. it's non scented and won't irritate your skin.

Works great! No more chaffing. I did wonder how the feel would be and it is not a “slippery” feeling.

It does what it’s supposed to do but it doesn’t glide on the skin. At least mine doesn’t. It feels like a dry deodorant, it tugs on the skin. I tried using my fingers to transfer the product but I have to use some force to get enough product to transfer to fingers to inner thighs. I wouldn’t buy it again. I wished it worked because I wanted a product I could easy put on without using my fingers.

Great stuff! I used to never be able to go on long walks with out my thighs chafing terribly but now they glide with ease for hours on end when I want to wear shorts. Great product!

This is one of my favorite products ever!!!! I am a thick thy girl, and this has saved me from chaffing SO MUCH! I was skeptical at first, but was desperate for anything to work, so I tried it, and I love it! It goes on easy, it doesn't feel gross, I've only had to buy two sticks in 5 years! I can finally wear shorts and skirts in the summer again because of this stick! I was always always always repurchase.
