This arrives plastic shrink wrapped. There was no chemical or other smells when opened.I love this stuffy. It is nicely filled, and the material is soft and comfy. The design is adorable and not scary.I was unable to find any manufacturing flaws or mis-sewn seams.I had hoped to use this as a prize for Halloween but it arrived too late. Instead my 9 year old daughter has claimed it and is thrilled.
