Excellent rack for heavy electric bikes
This is a fantastic rack. Simple to attach to my vehicle and easy to load two heavy electric bikes onto securely. I use this on my Ford Mustang Mach-E and even with two bikes on, the ability to fold it down and access the rear cargo area is simple. Highly recommended for anyone transporting bikes and wants the securely attached and locked down.

Another great Thule product
Really nice setup. Wouldn’t change a thing. The quality, design, and ease of use make it worth the price. A little heavy, but well-built and I expect it to last a very long time.

Works for our e-bikes
We purchased this Thule Epos bike rack because we already had another Thule bike rack for our regular bikes, however the other rack doesn't support the weight of two e-bikes. The ratchets work well (much easier to get on and off than the ratchets on our other rack) and the rack is relatively easy to install. We use a 1-1/4" hitch, so this rack will accommodate that size along with a 2" hitch. Because it's a platform rack, there seems to be a little more jiggling of the bikes than with our other rack. Other than that, it's a solidly built Thule -- and we trust the brand.

Great Bike Rack
We use this bike rack for larger size e-bikes. It’s great. We watched the video which is very helpful. The bikes weigh 64lbs each. There is no sway. I highly recommend this bike rack.

Compact, lightweight bike rack for ebikes or hybrids
Decided to get a hitch mounted bike rack. This is compact since it folds up and under 40# so easy to carry and has 2 wheels you can roll it on. I have a 2" hitch receiver, need to be sure you tighten the adaptor in the hitch so you don't get any sway as you drive. With the steel enforced attachment straps hope that distracts anyone from trying to cut a bike off the rack. There are locks, to lock the rack to the hitch receiver and the bike to the rack for security. Easily carried an ebike, hybrid, or mt bike. Bike rides solid in the rack and have had no sway or movement. Only downfall so far, is the rack doesn't fold up on the car so it sticks out too far when the car is in the garage so have to take it off. But, so easy to remove and put on. As a senior I wanted a bike rack I could handle to move around based on its weight and ease of use into the future.

Used with 2 E-bikes @73 lbs. ea. on a Thule Epos.
This product met my expectations, from 25 - 65 MPH. We got lost trying to find new parking near the bike trail, so many turns had to be made. The bikes moved a little when going over the bumps but wasn't alarming. The turns allowed some tilt, but not much, maybe 1.5" (~@15 - 20 MPH) If used according to the instructions, it's quite secure and looks really cool! Note: for easy bike mounting, there are ramp options that are sold separately.

Beautiful carrier, gets hit easily
This is a well-designed carrier as far as loading and transporting bicycles is concerned. I took mine out for the first time with 2 e-bikes today. Within 30 minutes of being parked at the rail trail parking lot, with ample space around my car and rack not sticking out into a driveway, someone backed into it. I have a feeling that this will not be the last time, and the lesson learned from today's event is to always back into the parking space with the bike carrier pointing away from traffic. For today, a new plate and light kit will suffice, but the rack could have easily suffered more substantial damage or the impact could even have damaged the car. Not being able to fold it away securely while parked is a major issue with this carrier. At a minimum, remember to fold up the rails so that it is more visible to other drivers.
