I love this product, and customer service has been actually quite amazing. There are so many great features in the product. Mostly, the ability to switch to a single speaker (left or right only) or have both speakers on makes a huge difference in the experience. The controller is unique, fun, and easy to understand. The on/off switch is convenient and the Bluetooth always connects immediately to my phone for other content.If you like sounds, audiobooks, music, or anything else that lulls you to sleep, this is the right product. The many sound audio files already available in the product are great. Last note: the sewn pillow itself is very high-level in design, it is comfortable under my pillow, and fits well into the decor of the room.

I love this product! I’ve tried 4 different sleep headbands and every single one was too big and kept falling off my head.This sleep pillow is perfect! It’s so comfortable for me because I love things a little more sturdy. It’s louder than most headbands and I can hear it in the middle of the pillow! The sound is perfect and adjusts great.I use this for subliminals to rewire my mind and it’s very important that I can hear it continuously. This is perfect for my needs. I love the Bluetooth and I love that I can just use it plugged in. Don’t ever worry about the battery if you keep it plugged!

It’s exactly what everyone says, it’s too quiet to have under the pillow, needs to go into pillowcase above the pillow.I’d rather have it under the pillow so I can’t feel it.But other than that, it works on top, it connects easily, the cord is long enough to not be a pain…

Sound is good, volume control is good. The problem i have is that Bluetooth keeps disconnecting over and over and over. It just came in today and i tried it right away. It is fast to setup, and connecting Bluetooth is very easy. The PROBLEM is that it keeps disconnecting. I bought it because of Bluetooth... without it working i have NO use for it. I will be returning it right away. Ill keep using my Bluetooth earbuds in bed. I was so looking forward to getting this, but sorry it is a letdown.

I love this speaker. I've tried others that weren't contained within a pad, such as this one, and those quickly had failure points where the wires attached to the speaker. The pad on this model provides additional protection and support that so far has prevented any wear and tear on the wires.Another common failure point is the aux port. If you sleep fitfully, your tossing and turning can cause stress on these ports. However, this provides the option of connecting via Bluetooth, which completely negates that danger. I had to buy an additional adapter for my older laptop, but it connects just fine with that.Additionally, this comes with some nice bonus white noise/sleep music tracks. Not only that, but you can easily add or remove tracks if you don't like what's provided. You could even put death metal in to rock yourself off to sleep, if you're into that.The volume is much more than I need. You can turn it up real high, and the audio can be heard without laying your head against the pillow, or down real low to lull you off to sleep. The built in equalizer is decent, and makes sound sound natural and not tinny, like a lot of other similar products. I've also tried other products that are battery powered, but I prefer this style that is plugged into an external power source at all times. Just be aware that my older laptop couldn't properly power it, I use a power brick (like a cell phone charger) and power strip that powers it fine.This is a little bit of a pricey purchase, especially when you look at cheaper alternatives, but so far this is definitely the best sleep speaker system I've found. I use it with a purple pillow placed underneath the pillow, which is latex and foam or something like that. It's a heavy, thick pillow, and the speaker sounds great going through it. I highly recommend this product.

I have tried several pillow speakers (those small rectangle ones you place under the pillow), that you don't hardly hear, and I returned them, even the stupid stereo head bands you place around your head that cause you to sweat during the night. How in the world could anyone sleep with a WIDE band around your head beats me.This unit you can hear under the pillow, even on top of the pillow under the pillow cover.I use my iPad Bluetooth to connect.The speakers are GREAT!Now the reason for the 4.7 stars:IF only it didn't have the wires to mess with coming out of the pillow case.Once the company can use a recharge battery, that would get rid of one wire.If they had an app to control all the settings, that would get ride of the 2nd wire.If they come out with at least the recharge battery to get ride of the one wire, I would buy the product again.Overall: it's still worth buying! Just hope it holds up, and the wires don't break.Comes with a 2 year warranty that I will need to scan on my iPhone to get.

Update to original review below:This was a great under pillow speaker, until speakers stopped working at about 6 month mark, there is a crackling sound on any setting. Such a disappointment, had hoped for a longer lifespan especially with the price tag of this item. Still looking for the perfect pillow speaker. Being generous with 3 stars for how nice it was while it worked.Original Review:I have tried many pillow speakers (audiobook addiction and a husband), this is the only one that I can actually hear from under my pillow! I never liked the ones I have to sleep on directly and have cycled through several. If you need an under pillow speaker that is actually loud enough to hear from under your pillow, this is the one.
