Does moisture wicking boxers help reducing butt acne?

i cannot say if the trunks will help with the acne on your butt but oftentimes acne is caused by too dry of a skin. I apply coconut oil after my shower to a couple of areas including my groin, elbows and hands but Im sure other oils will do. Experiment. Each person has a unique body chemistry. Hope this helps
