When my old laptop unexpectedly died, I was in desperate need for a new laptop to move my work forward towards deadlines. I was glad to find this Vivobook from ASUS, which I know is a reputable company with great track record of computers/laptops. The price was a pleasant surprise, compared to other comparable models on the market. It arrived quickly, was painless to set up and running, and has been very easy to work with so far. For simply navigating internet and handle day-to-day duties it has been a great laptop, and I have no complaint so far. Love the color (silver) and design, the size is very manageble in portability, and the keyboard is very responsive.With the price point, I am very happy with this purchase. I imagine this should be a great laptop for school, basic business application and individual options for most laptop users.

I bought this laptop to replace a 13 year old ASUS that had the nomenclature on most of the keypad totally worn out. This is MUCH faster! It boots up in less than 30 seconds, and everything else loads much faster too. I don't use it for gaming. I see that other reviewers have complained about the battery life. Try using a 13 year old laptop! Even with new batteries every 1.5 -2 years, the battery on this new laptop has been great. I have zero complaints about this laptop, and I am extremely pleased that I chose this model ASUS to buy!

I was rather unhappy with this computer because I thought there was no number pad and I use a number pad often. I just discovered that there is a way to create a number pad on screen. Which was very exciting for me. It has ease of use, very lightweight, and to me the best feature is that the heat blows out the side instead of the bottom so my lap does not get hot. I really like this computer. And I'm glad I didn't return it.

Asus was a steal for what I got in RAM and hard disk storage space. I had to replace my old Asus laptop (ten years old) still work but was slow and the windows operating system needed updated. I found this Asus on Amazon and opted for the 24 RAM and 1 T of hard drive storage. This computer is super fast and the price could not be matched any where else.

After a disappointing Dell experience with cheap hinges, I tried this Asus. So far it's great. Was very easy to set up. I use it for word processing, some spreadsheets, and engaging the sites on the web I need.
