Great for baking sourdough bread in my 6 inch Dutch oven. Makes lifting out the bread so much easier. however, there is a learning curve with using the Silicone Bread Sling, The handles can be tricky to keep off of the Sourdough bread while in the oven, They do want to flip in the dutch oven pot, because they are stiff, you will have to tuck them into the side of the pot.Also please note they do get very hot, So be caution when removing your bread out of the dutch oven. Other than that they will save you money on not having to buy parchment paper so much! It's very easy to clean and seems very durable and after learning some tips and tricks along the way, They will be easy to use for baking.

So much easier to use than parchment paper, especially since it’s almost impossible to find parchment rated for 450 degrees or higher. These work great and make life so much easier.

Easy to use (but make sure to use oven mitts out of the oven because the silicone does get hot), easy to clean. Feels sturdy and can withhold the weight of my loaves. Great value for money because of all the parchment paper I’m saving

I ordered these for my husband who loves to make sourdough bread. They are wonderful! He had been using pieces of parchment paper, and the paper got crumbs everywhere and ended up getting stuck in a random drawer, causing it to look messy. These have been so nice! They are easy to use and get the bread out of the pot, and they are decently easy to clean. We do not have a dish washer, so clean up might be a little harder for us than those who do have a dish-washer.

This made making my own sourdough bread so much easier! I had been struggling with strips of parchment paper to lift the bread out of the Dutch oven because they get brittle from the heat. This made it so much easier. Easy to grab with pot holders and just lift bread out. And nothing sticks to it. I keep it rolled up in parchment paper between uses to keep it clean. I did figure out that you should roll it with face down so the ends don't flop into dutch oven when you use it. Just rinse off in hot water to clean. The size is perfect for my 7 qt Dutch oven, and would probably work for a smaller one too. The quality is excellent, and made of the same material as the silicone baking mats.
