almost perfect
this is the second mouth piece i used. the first one was right after i had braces 3 years ago. and got it under the supervision of my dentist. it was not really comfortable, but i had to use it. however, that braces were in two separate parts and designed for keeping the teeth in their newly established position after taking braces out. This product, however, is designed for grinding and snoring problems. delivered in two days. the design and manual are so easy to understand how it works. the problem underlying 4 stars instead of 5 stars is due to the fact that it is a bit big for me even though i have a 'big' mouth. so when i wake up in the morning, sometimes i find it in my bed instead of in my mouth. yet, it was worse and i rearranged it, i guess it will fit better if i rearrange it again, so that it will fit better. second thing is that you literally need to 'suck' it when you put it in your mouth. so there will be no air between the mouth piece and your teeth. in that way, it does not fall from your mouth.overall, it is cheap and soft stuff, and does its job to a good extent. i will check later if they sell a bit smaller piece, which i guess is the problem mentioned by all other reviewers here.

I works sometimes
It seems to work most times; at least I am told that I did not snore every other night. I guess sometimes it moves from its "optimal" positioning in the mouth and that allows for some snoring to still happen.I have found that it works better if my bottom jaw stays pulled forward. The "molding" process can help accommodate for that. I got the hint from the small piece of instructions that came with the product. The instructions are not all that clear, though, but when I tried it then it worked. If my bottom jaw retracts to its more normal position (i.e. bottom teeth behind the upper teeth) then snoring is more likely to occur. The material is hard and often my teeth (the front ones in particular) are sore the next day. Perhaps I grind my teeth too much so I don't blame the product for it.I do like that fact that it can be remolded multiple times; other products lose this property after a few remoldings.

Not for moderate to severe grinders
I'm sorry but this is not meant for a moderate to severe night grinder. I have literally had 6 root canals in 4 months from grinding my teeth. I thought since this is thicker than the normal boil and bites, it would be more efficient. My mouth hurt, I still grind. I did some research, I read the soft guards make you clench 50% more. I also notice with the soft guards, I wake up to find myself actually chewing on it. I read moderate to severe grinders need hard guards. That's my next step.

Not for everyone...
I purchased this product to help with snoring. While technically this fit my mouth, I couldn't sleep with it. I followed the instructions for molding it to my mouth, but it seemed to cumbersome a product when trying to use. With this type of product I think it really depends on the person, how well it fits and how comfortable it is for them. I considered it a throw away item if it didn't work and to be fair I did try it on 3 separate occasions. Each time the result was the same and I just couldn't fall asleep with it in my mouth. I give it two stars as the concept is sound and it works for some people.

Got the mouth guard and after a few misinterpretations with the instructions, i.e., where to insert the blue tab, I was able to dunk it in hot water and then mold my teeth into the guard.I discovered that you can install the guard upside down. To correct this, I cut a small "v" shaped notch on the top, outside edge. Just running my finger cross the guard I can determine if it is upside down or can be correctly installed in my mouth.Otherwise, it works as described. Delivery was efficient and prompt.

broken teeth
what can I say? After trying this product for 2 weeks my bite is much improved.Prior to using this I had thrusting of the tongue, tightness in the jaw, and snoring.Approximately 1 year ago two front caps breaking off at the gum.Whether or not that unusual incident was related to TMJ, which was never formally diagnosed, is not known.I feel better, the product is more than worth the cost.

Very Dissapointing.
This item has literature all about preventing snoring. It has a label pasted on the container describing it as a teeth grinding mouth guard. It was not designed to prevent teeth grinding. It is large and awkward and I cannot sleep with it.It failed to mould itself to my teeth even though we followed the instructions perfectly. I would return it, if it were not for the shipping cost to do so.Don't buy one.

Seems to work but hurt my bottom teeth.
It did work. The first night I felt I slept significantly better. It was a bit bulky for me and seemed to collect saliva but I was willing to see past that because it seemed to work so well. However, I started to wake up with my front four lower teeth in pain almost as though they had been moving or strained. Having had braces when I was younger I don't want to risk it. Not sure if this was user error (I remolded several times) or if I simply have a weird shaped mouth.

Uncomfortable and caused soreness
I found this to be very uncomfortable to the point where I was taking it out in my sleep. When I did wear it the entire night my lower incisors were incredibly sore and sensitive from the pressure. I now use a single sided one and I have no issues at all.

Mouth Guard not working for me I still snore.
When I first tried using this mouth guard the first night I didn't snore so thought this was effective but after the first use I have carried on snoring and nothing seems to work.

Doesn't really help much with the snoring and hurts my teeth if I use it too many nights in a row, it does, however, stop me grinding my teeth, so that's something.
