BUY THIS!!!!! I got my first one as part of a set of three different sizes. I LOVED IT!!! So then I bought another one - one for under my neck and one for under my bum hip (fibromyalgia). I just order my third one so I have one for under my lower back.I was having trouble sleeping, and laying on them - on pressure points - relieves the variety of nerve and muscle spasms and misfires happening all along the left side of my body. It’s the only external pain relief system I’ve found that has provided consisted, targeted relief and in this size specifically, it can be used in so many different achy places on your body - not just under your neck!HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

This small item is powerful! I get migraines quite often. Many times I know one is coming on because of the pain in my neck and eye. In the past I would use my thumbs and fingers to try to massage that area and release the pressure. Hard to do on oneself! This does the trick! There’s three different knobs to choose from. It does fit my neck well. I do find that I have to move it around a bit to find where it feels the best and sometimes have used all three different sides while using. It definitely puts pressure where I want. I’m trying to incorporate it into my daily routine to see if it will help prevent some of the pain. Seems a little high in price but it’s sturdy and does the job. Totally worth the money!

These foot rollers are very effective. Just go easy on the pressure to begin with. They roll very well and help tremendously with foot pain. They are very well made and are durable.

Good for more than the neck, but after using it for a short while it is wrinkling and collapsing a bit. I don't think it is worth the money. I have many other Chirp wheels and they are great.

I have severe thoracic scoliosis, with pretty bad issues surrounding my T3-T4. Oftentimes, I can only realign those costovertebral and facet joints with my PT's help. But this area needs to be popped and realigned on a daily basis. While desperately looking for a tool to help me in this endeavor (I have tried multiple things, including a lacrosse ball, a tennis ball, stretches, weird contortions, hanging upside down while twisting, etc., all to no avail), I read a review for the 6" Chirp wheel where the reviewer also has a bad issue with his T3-T4 area. He wrote that he was able to pop it using this wheel in a relatively quick manner, so I bought this with huge hopes that I would encounter the same relief.As soon as I got home today, the package was waiting. I left work early (in literal tears) due to severe pain. I tore open the box right after walking in the front door - placed it on the floor and laid on it. First, I have to say that it hurts to lay on it...a lot. But I could feel it digging in deeply into the muscles, and experienced a few pops (but not in the area that I needed). I then positioned it over the T3-T4 area and let it really dig in for about five minutes. Then I very slowly started to roll the area. Suddenly I heard two pops simultaneously and my right shoulder started to tingle and hurt a bit. I could immediately tell that the job had been done! The pressure was gone and I could stand up straight again!This wheel is going to be my new best friend, and I plan on taking it with me while at the office and traveling. It's a bit more money than the competition, but it also has the best design to get the job done (various sized bumps and a groove for the spine).If you're in need of spinal realignment, look no further! REALLY.

I am not convinced. I have the Daiwa orthopedic back stretcher I much, much prefer to these wheels, available here on Amazon. Nonetheless, I am going to continue to try to use it even though right now I find it difficult to use, and uncomfortable (and I am one to love deep tissue massage plus I am an ex-massage therapist). The small one for the neck is pretty good. The 10-inch wheel where they suggest you relax and let your body sink into the knobs…well, good luck! Their motto is to relax and roll but that’s not easy for me and I suspect others may also be experiencing these wheels as pain without gain.

I've used chirp Wheels in various versions for several years now and I have to say I think they're more effective than going to a roller table. Much more targeted, you control it yourself, and as long as your weight isn't rated over its ability to hold you should be in pretty good shape using this. Make sure to follow the instructions.

Small enough to tuck in a gear bag, but packs a big punch when you use it! Bought this to add to my Chirp Wheel XT set and it does not disappoint! Really digs in to those tight spots on my feet and gets the knots out. Easy to use too, and can easily change where it hits by shifting my foot slightly. Has withstood plenty of use so far on all kinds of surfaces and still looks brand new.
