My apologies if i offend anyone here but the buyers who have given this a 1 star review due to the fact that there are no instructions really shouldn't be using something as simple to use as this thing. The fact that it has no instructions is a clue as to how simple it is to use. A trained chimp could load the tape into it and as for not knowing how to use it, my 1 year old can send you her instructions as she knew straight away how to use it! This is possibly the best packaging tape dispenser ever made due to the ease of use, ease of reload, simple design and overall footprint on the desk. For those who really don't know how to reload it, simply lift the top handle a little and the side grip will release from the roll leaving it free to be removed. Simply insert a new roll and hey presto, start the whole process again. Personally i love it and will be binning my bigger industrial machine in favour of this one. All I can say is well done TESA for making such a complex and cumbersome dispenser compact and user friendly!! Awesome product!!(not for idiots)

A useful piece of kit - not quite as simple to use as demonstrated but worth it at the price. Not sure I really wanted to purchase 2 at the same time. Its con is that you can only use one size tape as some of the little more expensive ones you can adjust.

I was going to give this 1-star. I bought and tried it quite a few times but it was always horrible. It took too much effort to roll the tape. I believe that's the reason for the rest of the negative reviews. Today I found out that the problem was the Tesa tape that came with it (!!!). Once I switched the tape, the tool became perfect. I tried a 3rd tape as a test and it was also good. With the replacement tape the 1-star became 5-stars because it's compact and it just works well.

It is a basic roller that locks in, the tape that comes with it is not good quality at all, leaves significant residue - especially on plastic surfaces. The adhesion is also not perfect, tends to loosen on cardboard; so has to be taped several times.

I've been using this tape dispenser for a few weeks and it is so easy and convenient to use, I really love it! It's easy to load, the tape doesn't shift when in use as there are little guide nubs keeping it in place and when you're done just squeeze it to grip the tape and tip the cutter forward for an easy cut, even on tough tape. The tape doesn't roll back so it's always ready for the next time you need it. Just wonderful! I realised that I don't ever want to be without it again, so decided to get a spare one, just in case although it does seem sturdy and not about to fail any time soon. To my delight I found a pink one from a different seller so I've just ordered that. I highly recommend this beautifully designed gadget.

This came loaded with a roll of tape. Simples, I thought. However, actually getting it to work was not. Compared to a little Scotch dispenser that I used before (which was instinctive and hand-friendly) this was the complete opposite. The dispenser would not cut the tape and I ended up with an unholy mess. Ended up taking the tape off the dispenser and using scissors. Then I tried to give it another go and was really disappointed in the lack of instructions on how to load it. I think the tape was too heavy duty for the dispenser, because when I put a thinner tape on it, it worked better, but was still awkward. Very tempted to throw it into the bin.

I would like to point out all unecessary reviews that there are no clear instructions of how to use the item. If someone really need instructions for basic day to day stuff and how to use them I do feel sorry for them. The product part... Simply great! Easy roll change and fits standard packing tape size rolls. Roll that come with tape dispenser is of a higher quality (compared with kite brand tape) with stronger adhesive. Tape dispenser itself is of a good quality durable plastic and blades are very sharp and cut the tape without hustle. It takes some time to get use of this type of dispenser but after a day or two this product will make your life A LOT easier, especially if you're an online seller with higher selling quantities which will require more packing of products. Had to order 2 at the same time but I don't regret it as it's always good to keep one spare item in case first one breaks.

Ce dévidoir est vraiment très pratique. Il est léger, maniable, facile à recharger. Il rend bien service. Le rouleau de scotch se déroule facilement à la longueur souhaitée que l'on stoppe grâce à un appui de la main sur le frein situé sur le dessus. La lame est de bonne qualité, elle permet de couper sans effort le scotch. J'en suis très satisfaite. Il est livré avec un rouleau fourni.

Molto comoda anche se spesso il nastro sfugge dalla guida inferiore.
