Update: I want to give credit to the seller who reached out to me after seeing my review. They went above and beyond to make things right and showed a lot of confidence in their product. They sent me a new chair and I am happy to say that the chair is much better quality than the first one I got. It doesn’t hurt my lower back and I don’t hear wood creaking from the seat like I did with the first one. Great customer service.I feel bad giving one review, because I was so excited for this chair. I spent weeks searching for a good office chair and I finally settled on this one. I loved the delivery of it: it came with white gloves to use during setup and all of the tools needed. The instructions could’ve been broken down more, but for the most part they were easy to follow. The chair looks great, but, it is incredibly uncomfortable. My tailbone hurts at the end of the day after using this chair from 8-5. The pain actually starts after about an hour of use. The seat is completely flat and although it’s cushioned, you can feel the wood base through the cushion. Maybe I got a bad one, I don’t know. But you can even hear the wood as you move around. It squeaks when I move side to side or lean back against the seat back. I am nowhere near the weight limit, so I know that’s not the issue. All in all, I am quite disappointed after spending $119 on a chair that I researched for weeks. Unfortunately I cannot afford a new chair, so I guess I’m stuck with this one.

Bought this chair for my girlfriend’s office desk. It was easy to assemble, but it was a little too high and her feet didn't touch the ground as they should with a desk chair. Upon emailing, Mina from MIMO GLAD promptly replied and was able to speedily send me a shorter replacement gas lift cylinder. Now the height of the chair is perfect! It’s sturdy, comfortable, and the color was the perfect match for the office space. I’d recommend it!

Great chair. I love it. Really better than I even anticipated - and I thought it would be very good. Very attractive in my office set up. Exceedingly easy to assemble. Very comfortable. The seat is comfortable yet firm. Very stable. Moves easily. Height is just as described. The chair reclines but is not foldable. And, the company provides a 5 year warranty and is very responsive via email. I registered my warranty and have received an immediate response. I really am glad I purchased this chair

Purchased this to replace an office chair that I'd had for 14 years. They certainly don't make them like they used to.It's a decent office chair for the price. Had some issues with one of the arms attaching, but was able to finally get it on, albeit it has some wiggle, while the other does not. Time will tell. The back lumbar support is the best aspect for me so far.

After explaining my problems with the chair, comfort-wise (due to medial and lateral epicondylitis) they made it right.I WILL NOT hesitate to purchase other chairs or items from this seller simply because they stand behind their product. This is not a paid endorsement, only a real-life example of a company that cares about your comfort. If you sit for a living browse their products.The chair is NOT awful, considering it HAD to be a specific size due to my quirky, old wooden desk.The measurements are exactly as advertised, seat and seat back is firm but comfortable, lumbar adjusts as it should.Packed well, all hardware plus hex tool with handle...assembly is not for the arthritic when attaching the arms to the seat...my hands are extremely strong...took a bit of twisting to align screws, but plastic injected arms do have some give so it can be manipulated.It is the arms that are disappointing. They are really narrow at 2.25” and thinly padded. If you have perfect posture front-back then at least the L to R probably won't be an issue. But I sit with one foot under me and my typing position has my elbows at / \ as opposed to | | .Replacement arm cushions most likely will not relieve issue-since they are usually just blocks of foam with no rigidity on the bottom-and would surely just flop around. The arms should be 3.5” wide.I will use it in another room, but unfortunately, for long sessions, my elbows will not take the strain.Hope this helps.
