These chairs are best used with a cushion. I have found them to be extremely comfortable, great value at the price. My daughter-in-law, who is around 6" tall, says they don't support her back very well.

DO NOT BUT THESE CHAIRS!I wanted to replace some old (really cheap) kitchen chairs, these are HORRIBLE and not at all comfortable.Support cracked when I tightened the screws, cracked spindle when received.When I contacted Giantex, they seemed okay resolving my issue BUT every email sent to me was from a different person AND what was promised in one email was never mentioned in other emails. Once these are assembled it is impossible to repackage them to return them. AND, the chairs are genuinely uncomfortable to sit on.Even worst than the chairs is the customer service. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH GIANTEX AGAIN.

THEY ONLY SENT 4 WHITE CAPS TO COVER THE SCREW HOLES IN THE CHAIRS.... 8 WERE NEEDED!

These chairs were very easy to assemble. The instructions with pictures made it really easy. Once assembled they were very sturdy. Only had 2 items that the manufacturer or supplier need to address.1. The chairs did not come with chair sliders that go on the bottom of the chair legs.2. There are 4 holes, where screws are inserted, on each chair that are exposed to view and there were4 wooden plugs included in the kit for 2 chairs.

Bought four chairs. One chair was okay. One chair had a problem with assembly without a couple of tweaks. One had mislabeled parts. The fourth chair had miss matched legs so one leg had to be shortened by 3/8” to keep it from wobbling about when used.

These chairs pretty well match my table. Very nicely made and sturdy.
