BEST CD LABELS !!! Very happy customer, at last!
After purchasing 4 different similar products and returning them because they were rubbish I finally bought Avery's CD labels and was delighted. The quality is great!! The ink sticks to the surface (if you set your printer to print on glossy paper that is... or else the ink rubs away) The application is easy and the label adheres very well to the DVD. I have tryed other products that peel away just minutes after sticking onto the dvd!! This is not the case. I wish I had bought this product to start with, it would have saved me a lot of frustration, time and ink.

Faulty product
These labels are faulty and not useable. The tabs are sized incorrectly and go further than they should into the label. The effect is that they remove a significant part of the printed label, making them useless. I have used these Avery labels for 15 years (several hundred labels by now) and know very well what they should be like. In all these years, I have experienced this problem once before - last April. On that occasion, I was able to return them and get a replacement pack, which was fine. I bought this new pack a few weeks ago and have only just opened it. So I need to see how I can return it for a replacement as it is not fit for purpose.

Great quality, bit expensive
These were very good for printing out a photo label of our band - I tried cheaper glossy labels but they didn't have the image clarity. They are a bit expensive for what they are, but the quality is there. The Avery software I downloaded was easy to use, and I didn't need any adjustments for printing alignment. To apply the labels I used the base of a blank cd cylinder which has a spindle, placed the label face down and simply place the cd gently downwards on top ........perfect results!

The Best in the Business
I need DVD labels for professional use. I've used a lot of other brands but these blow all the others out of the water in terms of quality. It's the finish, it's the clever application tabs, it's the free label design software you can download from Avery, with the ability to choose the exact product you've purchased and have the confidence that it will deliver great results every time. Will be purchasing again, and again.

I loved the fact that these labels were glossy and also ...
I loved the fact that these labels were glossy and also the ease with which they aligned, thanks to Avery's template. Unfortunately, even if you leave them for 24 hours, before putting them on the CD, the colour still comes off in your hands and the fingerprints are visible on the label. Such a shame.

Amazon - very quick as always and dont dissapoint, well they have not with me, hence why I go back to them. These labels are great with their little tags on the ends to ensure a neat fitting on your CD's. Well worth the purchase. If your printer is a HP Photosmart C7280 All-in-one, you will find this an excellent purchase with no problems.

Avery Full Face CD Labels
I intended this product to help me create professional looking labels, so was a little disappointed when the outline of the disc cover wasn't quite central, so left a line round only half of the label, and wasn't centralised round the hole in the middle of the disc either, creating the same problem. Formatting a picture to get exactly what I wanted showing, rather than a badly cropped version also proved tricky. The final result was adequate to show what was on the disc, but I could have done that with a marker pen. Fun (and sometimes frustrating)to play with, but I probably won't buy any more.
