Disappointed
The pens are intact but the package, purchased as a gift arrived in a tatty box. Intended as a gift, and as an expensive product, this is not how the product is represented on the store and falls below reasonable expectations. The seller responded politely to my complaint but refused to resolve it satisfactorily.
