I’m a firearms instructor and I always keep a basic med and several trauma kits with me when I go shooting. I used this bag for one of my trauma kits I have on my range bag. It’s nice and compact and just as good and the $120 cool kid bags for a fraction of the price. It’s going to hold everything you will need. My range bag gets tossed around a lot and it’s hanging in good no issues.

I don't usually give five stars for bags but this one met every need I had for a travel meditation kit. It is perfect, it holds alot and doesn't take up alot of room in a suitcase or even a hiking bag. It folds out and down tightly banded with elastic paracord material to give you your designed set of choices for any given roadtrip, outdoor activity. It also has pouches that make a perfect area for glucometer if you need one or bandaids, alcohol wipes, epi pens, you get the idea. The back and sides are set up for vertical or horizontal Molle style mounting if you are into that type of thing and need to waste an hour fishing straps in and out or moving the bag to six different locations before settling.

If you're hiking or doing any bushcraft/hunting/survival type stuff, you know how important it is to have some type of IFAK and you also know how valuable space is in a pack. This MOLLE attach pouch is a perfect size and offers multiple carry options. It fits perfectly on the side of my Maxpedition Falcon II pack.

It’s probably not durable enough for daily wear on a belt or chest harness, but it’s ideal for throwing in a hiking bag of in your earthquake evac pack (I live in California).As good capacity for the basics, but as the above photo shows I need more packs to hold tourniquet and folding splint. But it easily holds multiple bandages, trauma pads, glow stick and large emt shears + more. Good color too and satisfying zip open/close

This is the second LIVANS Molle First Aid IFAK Pouch I purchased.The first one was well made and complete.The second one I received was a disappointment. The velcro medical badge and bungee cord was missing, but the main complaint is the pouch is poorly put together. It's sewn wonky/twisted. The zippers are difficult to use and don't close evenly when zipped up. It still works, kind of, but is a serious pain to zip open and close.I'm disappointed with this example of the LIVANS Molle First Aid IFAK Pouch, and will not be purchasing this product again, which is too bad, it's a nice size and design.
