This is not an OEM product and could void your warranty. I always use OEM parts . DJI repair service is fairly cheap so if your drone is still under warranty- just have them repair it- chances are they will send you a new drone anyway

This is essentially a pointless product, no idea how/why you'd actually use it. The problem is that the the motor and wires also have an attached antenna glued to an inner plastic housing that sits in line with everything else, and there's no way to slide that into this replacement arm. In order to do so, you'd have to detach the motor itself by removing the three wires that are woven directly into its copper coils and then sealed with copious amounts of glue, which is essentially impossible without destroying said motor/coils. Hard to explain, but trust me, it doesn't work in practice. The only reason I could disassemble my motor from the arm is because my arm is literally cracked in two at the motor housing. I naively assumed there must be a way to make this repair since this replacement arm housing exists, but it's pointless. You can go on Cloud City Drones and get an entire OEM replacement arm with motor assembly for $29.99, which is obviously the better move.
