I started walking on the treadmill a couple miles a day. I have very good and very expensive walking/running shoes. I didn’t understand why my arches started killing me after a couple days, come to find out it’s because I have very flat feet. I did extensive research into arch supports and kept coming across this brand on many websites that said they were highly rated. I didn’t think they’d work, but I took a chance and I’m so glad I did! THESE ARCH SUPPORTS ARE A GAME CHANGER!!! First of all, I followed the sizing chart to order the correct size and to my surprise, the supports couldn’t have fit my shoes more perfectly! The installation was very easy, just take the shoe soles out of your shoes and slide the arch supports in. They are extremely comfortable and supportive!!! They look and feel very durable. They are very high quality for a very reasonable price. I can tell they will last me a very long time. I’ve been using them for a couple weeks now and have had zero pain in my arches, what a difference they have made!!! A couple other Amazon reviews said that these supports made their feet hot and that the arches made their feet hurt. I’ve had neither experience with these. I highly recommend this product and will be buying this brand for my other shoes!!!

I got these to use in my work boots because I needed something with better support than the standard insoles they came with. I've bought these six times already and they go straight into a new pair of sneakers. I just pop the factory insoles out and slide this right in with no problem at all. Very easy to put in. They look fine in the shoe.Though there are sized for 11 to 11.5 women's, they fit my Asics 10.5 women's sneakers perfectly. They don't shift around in my shoe at all.For the price point, I am shocked at how much they help my feet. I inherited flat feet and have problems with my Achilles because of the flat feet, but these help so much that I am pain free until the inserts break down. I'm replacing my current ones right now because the pain is returning and that indicates that they have broken down and it is time to replace them. That took about 300 miles of regular walking. I use a walking app and am tracking the distance I've walked in them, so I have a very good idea of how long the insole lasts. For the price point, I have no problem with replacing them every five to six months.

3 stars for being delivered on time. Also, Packaging was great. However, the product design actually made my foot hurt worse. I wanted it to help so badly. The way the design was moulded had the high side resting on the nerve of my left foot by the middle pad of heel to the edge of the heal. Could not walk with these in my shoe without extreme pain. My old gel inserts worked better. It may work for many people. Seems like a good product. But, did not work for me.

I've been wearing brooks running shoes for probably a decade. Last year I bought my latest pair and within 6 months the soles felt like they were already worn out. The outside and bottom of the shoe clearly have a ton of life left - but they just felt like the insides had already given up.Instead of replacing, I thought I'd take a chance on these insoles. I was not disappointed. The first day they feel hard - but very supportive. By the third day I found myself forgetting about taking off my shoes. They are just that comfortable.My feet have gone from hurting from wearing shoes for a full day to feeling like normal. Simply put these are FAR better than replacing the shoes themselves.Also, they fit perfectly into my brooks runners. They don't slide and I didn't have to cut them down.
