Easy Solutions Nonstick Bakeware Rectangular Cake Pan, 9 Inch x 13 Inch with Portion Marks - Blue

i'll tell you how honest this review is - i ordered this by mistake! but, i kept it just to see if it's a decent pan......and it's the best 9 inch non-stick pan i've ever used. i use it primarily to make 1/2 batches of corn-pudding when it's just me and my girlfriend at dinner. all i do is turn the pan over and the entire pudding slides out. clean-up is simple. after the pan cools, i wipe it out with a dry papertowel and sanitize in warm, soapy dishwater - simple! i've been using it for a while now and see no breakdown in the nonstick (disclaimer - all utensils i use are either wood or silicone). the only thing some might not like is it is shallower than some pans - but, if you're making something that doesn't need a deep pan, this is PERFECT.

This is pretty much the perfect pan. It fits in my countertop convection oven beautifully. It is also absolutely nonstick - brownies, cakes, and cookie bars do not stick at all, even without spraying or parchment. The cutting guides are great for getting uniform pieces. The blue color is also gorgeous. The pan washes wonderfully - you can wipe 99% of the crumbs away with a paper towel and then either handwash or pop it in the dishwasher, and it comes out perfectly either way. However, you absolutely cannot use metal implements on this. I use a silicone spatula to remove the baked goods from the pan, and I use a special six-inch silicone bench scraper to cut the bars. Overall, if you bake brownies or cookie bars, you need this pan because it makes baking so much more enjoyable. It is a wonderful addition to any baker's kitchen.

This is a really great pan for baking if you need to make anything that you have to pull it out of the pan it will slide out easily. I have only hand washed it because I worry about putting it in dishwasher even though it says it’s safe to but other then that it’s a decent buy and gets the job done. Would recommend

I made a cannoli cheesecake in it, and it came out wonderful. Nothing stuck to the pan. It was easy to clean.
