The hoop wasn't level with the backboard, it was bent down.

I researched for months and finally settled on this one. Not disappointed and exceeds expectations. I recommend getting a special bag to weigh it down and put sand in the bag. We put 300 pounds in and it's withstood some intense winds 50+ mph. Very durable, easy height adjustments, looks great, affordable....all around good purchase.

I bought this for my 8 year old son for Christmas. Now that we’re finally getting nicer weather, I was able to start putting it together. I noticed the pole braces were missing, so I contacted customer service. The person I dealt with was fantastic….very nice, very helpful, and very understanding. She kept me informed on the delivery of the braces and ensured that I received them. It took less than a week to get them delivered. Now that the hoop is put together, my son loves playing with it.I highly recommend this product!

This was a gift for my kids as my youngest of 4 finally found a sport he loves. As a single mama, and incredibly handy, I was able to put this bad boy together on my own! With that being said, it would have been helpful to have an extra pair of hands- which i highly recommend. The hardest part (for me at least) was filling the base w sand, get yourself a funnel. My kids have spent a lot of time outside playing basketball. It’s sturdy and great for the price. Adjustable for my 7 yr old all the way to my 19 yr old.

Got this for Christmas. Did not open it until then. Return window is closed. This was missing the long axel for the wheels, what holds the pole for the hoop up, and missing the 2 support arms for holding the hoop up. I have a basketball hoop that I cannot return and cannot assemble because the most important pieces to hold and connect the hoop are missing.

Arrived much quicker than expected. Seller sent tips that really helped prior to it even arriving. I assembled this by myself, which was tricky at times. I absolutely feel that I needed an extra set of hands so I only used 2 of the 3 poles. Pictured are the hoop assembled with 2 of the 3 poles at the highest, tape measure is from ground to rim on the highest setting with 2 poles and a picture of it on the lowest setting. Easy to adjust. All required tools included which was awsome for me! Can't wait for the weather to cooperate so the kids can play!
