Packaging was nice. This comes in a clear zipper pouch to keep everything together. The roller has its own little case too. The one thing I think could be included is better and clearer directions on use. I did watch a YouTube video to figure out technique and roller use. I have only used this 3 times so I can’t really say anything for results yet. I think it takes a while to see results, but so far I have had no issues. I will say that if you have not researched dermal rolling, you should probably do so prior to purchasing this. You should probably also purchase some of the centella cream that comes with this. What you get with this is a very tiny amount and will probably only last 3-4 uses. It does seem to be very nice and again, so far no issues...But, I can say that the cream is definitely necessary!Like I said, you should probably research dermal rolling prior to purchasing this. I will say that your face will feel and maybe even look like a sunburn for around 24 hrs but, this is is actually what you want to stimulate new collagen and heal your skin. The centella cream that comes with this really helps the burning. It is very soothing.I will update my review as I see results. But so far, I am rating this product 5 stars!

I’m in my 40’s and would consider myself a skincare junkie, but I also want a good value in anything I buy. I’ve tried a Dermastamp before and thought I’d try a dermaroller this time because the stamp felt more time-consuming. When I saw this and the reviews I figured it would be worth trying because it’s so affordable. The package came on time and in perfect condition. I was very impressed with the packaging. The roller was sealed in its own bag, and was also in a box that was also sealed. The serum came in a glass bottle and was also sealed in a box. It came with a small container of soothing cream, as well. All of the products were in a zippered makeup bag. The roller does squeak a little, but that doesn’t bother me. I was more concerned with the quality of the roller and the needles, which were good quality. I really like the serum and use it regularly and have noticed my skin has plumped up a little in the week I’ve had it. It does sting after I use the roller, but I haven’t experienced any irritation or breakout from it. I use the dermaroller every 3-4 days. But when I don’t roll, it’s perfectly fine. I’ve always had acne-prone skin, although not sensitive skin. So the fact that I’m not breaking out from anything is great. I will update the review if anything changes.

My dermaroller, as well as the vitamin c serum and anti-inflammatory spot cream, arrived inside a cute zippered bag! I can't describe the feeling of the dermaroller, but it does cause an immediate reaction on my skin, and I got red faced everywhere my dermaroller went. Maybe compare the reaction to eating spicy foods? I'm fair skinned so the redness is noticable for about an hour, after applying the vitamin c serum and anti-inflammatory cream. On another note, I've tried this twice, and it has made my skin texture much smoother and has reduced the look of skin damage, plus lightening up my freckles. I have lines on my forehead that the dermaroller has made finer, but I would probably need collagen to make them less visible. I am hopeful that the dermaroller will be effective on my scalp too, as I've read about it being able to cause hair regrowth over time. That is a work in progress. Overall, wonderful product and very effective!The lower moisturizing grade is for only applying after use of the dermaroller.

I am reviewing the .3 Derma Roller because I really don't feel that some of the other reviewers have been truthful. I'm 47 years old and my skin is mildly sensitive. I have had expensive invasive procedures in the past and I have a pretty high tolerance for face-pain. I'd like to share a few things I experienced using my roller:1. Yes, it really does hurt. You are poking 40,000 tiny holes in your face and then pouring vitamin-C into the holes. How could it not hurt? The first time I used my roller before bed and my face felt like it was on FIRE! I couldn't sleep! The "soothing" cream does little when your face is all red and hot. You might need an ice pack!2. No, you can NOT wear makeup the day after. My face was still VERY red and painful to touch on day two and three. I couldn't even use sunscreen. You will need to hide inside, away from the sun!3. Be careful using the roller on the thinner-skin areas of your face, like the bridge of your nose or near your hairline. Again, it hurts! And mine looked like a road-rash for two days.4. The instructions say to roll it on your face: up-and-down, then left-and-right, then diagonally, then the other diagonal. Seriously? DO NOT roll over the same piece of skin four times from different directions!! It FREAKING HURTS! Maybe you can do that after you've used it few times and know the pain level it's going to cause, but not the first time out-of-the-box.5. My skin does look nice by day four. The redness has faded, a few of the previous scars look lighter and my cheeks are kinda glowing.Overall, my skin looks very nice afterwards. I guess I kinda recommend this product. But I think I'm going to try the .25 roller instead of the .3 going forward. Good luck on your skin-care journey!

I received my order before expected date. I found it was beautifully and sanitarily packaged. First use was not painful just slightly uncomfortable like a sunburn (not a massive painful one). The cream seems like it would be gone right away, but, i found a little goes a long way and have not even scratched the surface yet. But the after affect of using the roller... Soft skin and tighter feeling. I love it!! The serum is softly scented and feels absolutely silky. There is a very brief sting when you first use it on fresh rolled skin, but nothing you cant get used to. (And i have sensitive skin). I think overall the Zust Beauty Dermaroller is a good investment. I am very happy with the reulst after just a few uses. Now if only they had a bigger one for the body. Thanks Zust you are awesome!! Would definitely buy again. (I forgot to take pictures... I dont really like cameras. Lol) Try it, you will like it!!the results are worth the slight discomfort.

Really good results after using for a couple of weeks. Thickens the skin and plumped my face and lips. Very pleased with this, I’m 49 just gone through cancer and my face is looking really healthy

Bought as a gift for my daughter she was delighted with the packaging and products..she highly recommend the Derma roller.

Having not seen the results yet I can’t give a full review but the product itself seems like great value for money, I would only say the pot of smoothing cream is sooooo tiny you won’t get a lot of uses out of it so it would have been good to have an option of getting a larger pot. The writing is also sooo tiny onThe instruction card which is not necessary as they could have put a bigger piece of card in the bag. I’mLooking forward to the results.

This is the worst dermaroller I've used. I really liked that it was the individual roller and that it came with the Vitamin C serum and the cream but on attempting to use it, half the needles are barely visible above the actual barrel height and compared to my regular roller it certainly isn't 0.30mm as my 0.25mm regular roller needles are much longer! Overall the serum is amazing as is the calming cream (although there is barely any of the cream, a tiny 5g pot) but you can buy them individually without wasting your money on the roller.

I havent actually tested the product yet. However felt that this needs to be addressed. everything seemed to be sealed apart from the cream so I will not be using that. Due to ot not being sealed the cream has leaked and there is very little left. After a couple of weeks of using the derma roller I will review again.
