I ordered 3 bottles of this product. Each capsule is advertised as 500 mg. Since I often buy bulk herbs and fill my own capsules I often use my gram scale to check my capsule contents. When I opened my three bottles from this seller they all looked very underfilled. I used my scale to check them. According to this scale they all contain about 160 mg/capsule. Wow! I ordered these thinking I was getting a good deal. Not so much!Update: I raised my rating from1 star to 4 for two reasons.... First, the seller refunded my money in full. He told me that my scale needed calibration so I wondered if he could be right. I took five random capsules to a pharmacist friend who has a very accurate professional scale. These 5 random capsules contained, on average, 468 mg each. This is slightly below advertised content weight but is fairly close. Therefore, I must apologize to this seller for overreacting to the appearance of the underfilling and for having too much confidence in my cheap gram scale! Maybe it's time for me to find a new scale!

I like this supplement. It comes in a different looking bottle that's taller and fits into my vitamin cabinet much better than most wider bottles. There's a 60 day supply in the bottle and the price is really good considering you get 2 months worth. It is simple to take, just 2 capsules, once daily shortly after or during a meal. The capsules are average sized, although they don't seem to use fillers so they are not filled up all the way. I wonder if they could have used a smaller capsule size or perhaps fit the entire dose into one. That would be my only question to the manufacturer. They have a very faint odor and I can't quite remember if my previous brand had a similar smell, I know that some supplements do often have strange odors that have nothing to do with their quality/safety, its just the structure of the compound(s). It's a very slight vinegar type smell. I have not had any negative side effects from taking these, only positive ones.
