Very good insulation
When empty, the bottle isn't heavy and feels sturdy and a good quality build.The smaller shape of the bottom of the bottle means it can fit into a drinks holder in a car easily, quite a nifty feature.I love the rotating compartment for the lid, where you can have it closed, open to pout/drink from, and also closed but with an opening for the supplied straw.I haven't tested it with cold drinks but it kept my hot drink warm for way over 5 hours, even whilst using the straw. (would be longer I imagine, but by then I had drunk it)The outside of the bottle was also not warm to the touch whilst filled with hot liquid, so was easy to hold.Despite what others have said about the handle, mine feels sturdy and secure. I will update this review if it falls off.Overall, a great insulating bottle / travel mug, especially for the price

It works
Love the colour. Actually increases temp of my berry tea so have to let it stand before placing lid on it.I've forgotten to take it to work. Temp is still perfect when back home.

Broken after a few uses
The media could not be loaded. Handle broke after just a few uses. Shame as the cup self isn’t bad and the different lid types are good.

It was a very good travel mug
After 2 days the handle at the bottom has come away.Its very dangerous for me as I am classed disabled.

Really good to use. The extra lid is a bonus
One of the kids had a great big chip taken out of it so I couldn’t use it. I would have rated it higher if it had arrived undamaged

Edit: great customer service
Edit: since this review, I was contacted by customer service, who replaced the product. The new version works like a dream. Make a warm drink and it is HOT for hours! I even tested it overnight. And the cup of tea awas still warm enough for drinking the next day. Great to have a choice of lids. My son can't wait to try this in the summer with cold drinks.Excellent customer service. Thank you.Going to return this one, the sippy lid doesn't screw on properly. The lid for the straw is fine which is a shame because it's the perfect cup apart from one lid not fitting.
