Works well. It’s very cushioned so it feels thick-ish.Inside my golf shoe it definitely makes the shoe feel smaller, tighter, which is fine, just a little trim and it fits fine. I like the arch support. It’s not overly stiff nor is it too soft, so seems to fit my golf shoe well, as I needed to replace the original sole it came with that had flattened after a year.Why pay more? I wouldn’t.Just test it real quick for the padding before you go and really use it.

Bought these for my platform boots, the sole is a bit too arched and feels odd/makes my legs hurt. Good quality for the money, but I'd only use these if you have a very deep arch in your foot

I work on the construction of houses, I walk a lot, I wear these umtils for about three months, everything is fine, practical, not worn out, good choice for my money

VERY THIN cushioning especially in the front part of the insole. It was thinner than the original sole that I had to remove. NOT WORTH THE MONEY if you are looking for extra padding in the ball area and the rest of that area. Also the right insole had an edge or something in the arch area that actually hurt my foot. RETURNED.
