This product does exactly what you expect it to do - it's also very fashionable looking, just a shame that my conservative husband didn't allow me to go for the gorgeous Green one. Coupled with the Soft Lite low energy saving candle light bulb, also on Amazon, we now use this light everyday, instead of the costly overhead chandeliers!! Great buy

A very useful and attractive item. Has a great clip...fits over thick piece of wood. I recommend it; the size of watt is fine.

Fantastic night time reading lights. We needed reading lights for the beds but didn't want to chase the walls with cabling etc so these clamp lamps have been absolutely perfect. Plus they look great too!Would highly recommennd.

I found this to be lacking brightness. Got this for my desk, which stands in a pretty dark corner of the office, but I feel like I need 2 or even 3 of these lamps to relieve the cave-like feeling...

Metalic pieces are plastic. Everything is fixed. You can't take anything apart. Horrible metalic clamps impossible to take out. Short cable. Switch to close to the lamp. And the list goes on and on...

Die Lampe ist genau so, wie ich sie mir anhand der Abbildung und Beschreibung vorgestellt habe. Ich mag das schlichte Retro- Design und das Material (Metall). Muss ja nicht immer Alles aus Plastik sein.Ich habe die Lampe an das Kopfteil meines Bettes als Leselampe geklemmt. Die Klemme hält auch ohne Verschraubung bombenfest. Für schwache Hände ist das Ganze aber kaum geeignet, denn man braucht ordentlich Kraft, um die Klemme zusammenzudrücken. Eine solide Ummantelung schützt die Möbeloberfläche.Als Leuchtmittel verwende ich eine warmweisse Energiesparbirne 9W (entspricht 40W) E14.Zwar lässt sich die Befestigungsschraube und die Mutter entfernen, aber die dazugehörigen Metallteile nicht. Die bamseln unschön an der Lampe herunter, wenn man die Verschraubung nicht nutzt. Ich hätte es besser gefunden, wenn sie sich entfernen liessen. Auch wäre es schöner gewesen, wenn man den Aufkleber mit den Werten und CE Siegel etwas weniger auffällig angebracht hätte.Ansonsten macht man mit dieser Lampe Nichts falsch.
