Great for work
This 64oz flask comes insulated and keeps the cold water cold for hours. I add ice water to it. And it lasts for over two days. The ice will not melt fast. I like the sleeve it comes with. It helps when I take it to work because it has pockets in the front where I keep my medication and cell phone. It also protects it from dings. I took off shoulder strap because I like to just grab it with my hand, it also came with scrubs to clean it with. It is highly worth the price very well-made very sturdy highly recommend.
