I originally purchased a different oximeter on Amazon. After getting the same result no matter what my situation, I wrote to the company and received no response. I looked again at the available oximeters and carefully read all the comments. This oximeter had very positive remarks. I was especially looking for accuracy. After a recent hospitalization I needed something I could rely on. I decided on this oximeter and am not disappointed. The readings reflect what is happening to me. I will compare with another oximeter at the doctors when I go. Bottom line..I find this oximeter reliable and is easy to use (as they all are). I would recommend.

easy to use and accurate

Love this oximeter. Very accurate. Really like the fact that it has an alert to alert you if your oxygen level drops below 95. I have two of another brand that I have used for a while, but like this one much, much better.!!!!!This one is more accurate compared to my blood pressure tester. Love the flexible plastic case.

Really nice unit! Light, easy to read and very accurate. A great value for the money, wish I would have gotten it years ago. Know someone who you want to quit smoking? Get them one of these.

It works well as far as I can tell for now. haven't used it much yet. It was the only pulse oximeter that is FDA certified, which I wanted for actual clinical purposes.I'll come back to give 5 stars if is holds up during active use.

Easy to use and accurate!

I've been wanting a pulse ox for a while. It will be used in a work capacity where it's needed but not supplied. Of all of the ones I've encountered this is by far the nicest. Great display and variable readout in both style and orientation.

It is a nice pulse oximeter; however, I was thinking it had a way to charge it instead of using batteries. Other than that, the product meets my needs very well.
