Worth it for the money! Good quality the game randomly glitches for a small second but doesn’t happen often

First the guns broke. ARcade1up sent more. Great. Gun broke again, along with control panel this time. This time I had to buy. Over $200 plus shipping. Broke again, this time it is the processing unit that actually makes it come on and work. Took that part off and mailed it to Arcade1up. Another $50 plus shipping and handling. I got that part back and reassembled everything and now it won't power on. Arcade1up says to send it back and they can reflash the pcb for $50 again of course. At this point I have spent so much money. The game originally cost like $500. All the guns and control boards have cost me like another $300. $50 on getting the pcb fixed the first time. So I am creeping up on $1000 for this game to work. I had to just stop. So it has basically been broken more than it has worked at this point and I am just wasting money. I gave up and cut my losses. Arcade1up customer service was always helpful but I can't just keep dumping money into this. Anymore money I could have just bought full size arcade cabinet.

I put it together myself with no help. Yeah, it took 1 1/2 hours but that's about what I expected. There was only one time I could've used a second hand but a bar clamp held things together for me. Having put together many things over the years, I learned to read each page of instructions carefully a couple of times before actually doing that page. Plus, screw things in slowly and carefully. It avoids problems. The game is fun and we're enjoying it very much. My son was surprised at Christmas to get it!

You get what you pay for. Overall satisfied. The game does glitch / freeze up from time to time, but nothing horrible or too annoying.

Would not recommend. The game broke and it took a lot of troubleshooting and back and forth before the company would send us a new part. Then the controller broke, again a lot of back and forth before I had the option to purchase a new controller. Now it is broken again. We got this for our airbnb and it has now cost us more money in maintenance, dissatisfied guests, time and labor than we originally spent on the arcade game.

Great item and fun for the family! I was a little unsure about what to expect with this purchase given the variability in reviews but I’m happy to say I’ve had this for about a month and had no issues whatsoever. Lightguns work well and I’ve only had to recalibrate once due to a gun getting accidentally disconnected. The good: Guns, cab height, interface, options, games. Also, you can turn off the buck hunter girls to make the game more age appropriate. The not so good: smaller screen, no light-up marquee, and no WiFi. None of these are deal breakers though. Other helpful info: Age range: 9 and up. The concept of reloading after every shot and aiming down the sights are difficult concepts for a child to understand. My 7 year old has a hard time with it and gives up after a few rounds. It’s “4 games in 1” in a different way than other cabs which some may find misleading. You don’t select a buck hunter game and go on the hunts specific to that game; rather they’ve consolidated the hunts into two categories/games you choose from: North America and Africa/India/Australia. This is fine and makes it easier to navigate but like I said can seem misleading. Location is important! Avoid bright areas with lots of natural light. The lightguns function based on their ability for the built-in cameras to see a white border on the screen. This means that any natural light or reflected light off the screen can disrupt the visual and cause the lightguns to malfunction. There are a few YouTube videos that talk about this being an issue and the assembly instructions also mention this. That doesn’t mean you can only play in the dark but it doesn’t hurt. For reference, our cabinet is in a bright basement with little natural light but placed in an area with zero light reflections.

The assembly isn't the easiest you will come across. But it is a good unit that is advertised appropriately. Delivered sooner than expected. Overall, it seems like the most youll have to worry about is your delivery person damaging it before it gets to you. Mine came in perfect condition, but others reviewers seem to not be so lucky. Also had a gun that wasn't entirely perfect, would mess up reloads some. But they quickly shipped a new gun and its good.

I made a huge mistake and didn't read the description. I know, stupid! I expected a real arcade game that would be in an arcade. It's cheaper made (plywood) and not near as big. I was personally disappointed, as I don't feel like it will hold up well, but my kids are absolutely obsessed, so it worked out great! The kids don't care that it's not what I expected, and they have played on it every single day since it arrived! I think it's perfect for them for now. I just really hope it holds up for a long time.

Product arrived defective and customer service was poor.

Unfortunately, despite the well over $1000 cost of this arcade game, the guns stopped working after only six months, and I was told from the distributor that it was out of their hands. Huge money loss be careful with this company.
